“The property is in a great location to get to baseball or football games. It's also very accessible to Dallas and Fort Worth. The property is dated and could use some updating. The staff were friendly and inviting. About 15 minutes south of DFW airport.”

“This was one of, if not the most, accommodating hotels I have ever stayed in. The manager helped me adjust my 3rd Party Reservation to save me money, and while the manager was unable to provide me with an EXTREMELY early check-in (which is 100% reasonable) they provided me a room that I could hang out in, conduct business, and wait for my room to be ready. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will definitely be staying here again next time I am back in Arlington, TX.

“It didn't get a 5 star because of two things 1) they charge you $5/ day to park. 2) They don't offer breakfast. You need to bring your own food and prepare it yourself.
Rooms: The rooms are set up for an extended stay. Small kitchen and fairly large refrigerator.
Comfortable bed and chair. Could use another chair if a couple stays. Large room and bathroom.”

“We stayed here for a month & had to supply our own towels & toilet paper . Housekeeping was great & efficient . The only complaint I had was the small red sugar ants that got everywhere even though I put food away & took out the trash . Maintenance did spray for them but they came back . Good place though .”

“Close to everything in the Arlington Arts District. Great food very close and a lot to do. When you get finished with this vacation you're going to need a vacation when you get home just because of how busy you were when you were on vacation in Arlington Texas. Cowboys, Rangers, Hurricane Harbor, Six Flags... Arlington has got it all and the Hilton Garden Inn is right in the heart of it all! The rooms were nothing spectacular but then again, you won't be in the room much.”
“The room was alright, maybe a little small, otherwise good. Disappointed there wasn’t any breakfast, maybe nobody noticed I fell in the parking lot twice, otherwise good service. Location was great.”

“I booked this hotel through air b&b and missed the deadline for a review unknowingly, it’s 2 weeks. Jason was my grandma and i’s host and he made the processes so smooth and easy. There were a few hiccups like the water being off when we arrived, and it not being back on by the time it was suppose to. (The sink water did not get hot, but we did not try the shower). These issues probably arise due to the age of the building. The location was a bit sketchy, but everyone at the hotel is friendly, accommodating, and understanding. I have a medical device and asked for extra help. This was met with empathy from Jason and total cooperation. I am over the moon about the customer service received. I do wish there was complimentary breakfast, as we were headed to the airport that morning and grandma wanted a grab and go experience. Thank you to the doubletree team and Jason at air b&b”
“Rooms very nice and comfy, however not having a microwave in the room is a real detriment to the experience, especially for those traveling for work. Good location tons of good restaurants nearby.”

“Of the other local dive motels this is one of the cheaper ones but of the three in the cheap list it's the cleanest. Staff member was nice and tentative to room issues. This place does not provide toilet tissue or towels. Full size oven and stove but a mini fridge and microwave. When I checked in it only had one pillow but brand new sheets and bed covers. Of everywhere else this is so far my second choice of places. I will likely be back.”
“Chandani Shah is very accomodating, friendly and helpful. She knows what her job is. She’s very courteous and listens to whatever the customer wants. The hotel is lucky to have her.”

“Had a great stay! The staff was truly wonderful, especially Andrea, Angelica, and Brenda. Andrea was the absolute sweetest during check-in, she was so welcoming and kind. Angelica was very friendly and really went out of her way to help me when I left something in my previous room, which I really appreciated.
The rooms aren’t the newest, but they were very clean and comfortable. Anytime I needed something, the staff took care of it quickly.
And Brenda made breakfast feel like home. She’s a great cook and her friendly presence in the mornings made each day start on a positive note.
Overall, I had a great experience. The service was top-notch, the rooms were spotless, and the whole place had a warm, welcoming vibe. I’d definitely stay again!”

“I couldn’t give 5 because I had 3 rooms for this trip. Two were ok but one was just in need of work. Walls were dirty sheets were stained pillows were well just say I felt like I was sleeping with just pillow cases cause they were so so flat. Front desk staff was nice except didn’t want to except my rate I was given housekeeping very friendly the other two rooms were exceptable basic rooms for basic price. As I was saying my room was the issue and they were apparently over booked couldn’t change rooms cowboys in town so hotel over booked prolly why they had issues with my lower rate.”
