“Our experience with the hotel was exceptional from arrival through departure. We recently hosted an Advisory Board and Partner Meeting here and the hotel team made both our attendees and our event team feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay.
What stood out most was the consistent presence and attentiveness of the hotel staff. Team members were readily available on both the main level and the event floor—not only when assistance was needed, but also simply to greet our guests, check in with our team, and make sure everything was running smoothly. That level of visibility and hospitality made a significant impression.”
“Very clean. Keeps up with updates and monthly sprays for bugs. Quick to fix problems If you have any. Staff is extremely friendly. Cheryl is super sweet. They keep the property clean and enforce rules which keeps their guests comfortable and safe. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a short or long stay!”

“As far as service goes, this hotel has the best staff of any hotel we have ever stayed at. The front desk lady was very friendly and tried to help us save money. The man who brought our bags to our room was also extremely friendly. The valet employee were in a rush to make sure we got our car immediately and quickly helped unload our car without making us feel like we were in a rush. ---- Amazing service. OH! and the shampoo and conditioner was really good. I am very picky about my shampoo, but was just too tired to get my shower products out to use, so I used the hotel. If you get a chance, you should definitely try those products. I am looking into purchasing them.”
“After an extended stay, I have to say I had a pleasant stay, the staff from the office to cleaning, was wonderful! Quiet surroundings. Other than constant rent hikes, which is out of the immediate staff's hands, no complaints. Would like to personally call out and thank, Greg, Kevin and Vince! Thanks guys!”
“My favorite place to stay when attending events, I just uber down to Texas Live and enjoy myself knowing when I return to the hotel I have a nice spot to relax before heading back home.”

“This was one of, if not the most, accommodating hotels I have ever stayed in. The manager helped me adjust my 3rd Party Reservation to save me money, and while the manager was unable to provide me with an EXTREMELY early check-in (which is 100% reasonable) they provided me a room that I could hang out in, conduct business, and wait for my room to be ready. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will definitely be staying here again next time I am back in Arlington, TX.

“We stayed here for a month & had to supply our own towels & toilet paper . Housekeeping was great & efficient . The only complaint I had was the small red sugar ants that got everywhere even though I put food away & took out the trash . Maintenance did spray for them but they came back . Good place though .”

“Close to everything in the Arlington Arts District. Great food very close and a lot to do. When you get finished with this vacation you're going to need a vacation when you get home just because of how busy you were when you were on vacation in Arlington Texas. Cowboys, Rangers, Hurricane Harbor, Six Flags... Arlington has got it all and the Hilton Garden Inn is right in the heart of it all! The rooms were nothing spectacular but then again, you won't be in the room much.”

“I drove to this hotel from El Paso due to shipping my vehicle at the Dallas VPC. the hotel was AMAZING. modern, clean, comfortable, great happy hour prices at the bar and the LOCATION. less than 5 minutes to major restaurants and 10 mins to the VPC where I turned my car in. I will make sure to return back to this hotel in the future!!”

“I booked this hotel through air b&b and missed the deadline for a review unknowingly, it’s 2 weeks. Jason was my grandma and i’s host and he made the processes so smooth and easy. There were a few hiccups like the water being off when we arrived, and it not being back on by the time it was suppose to. (The sink water did not get hot, but we did not try the shower). These issues probably arise due to the age of the building. The location was a bit sketchy, but everyone at the hotel is friendly, accommodating, and understanding. I have a medical device and asked for extra help. This was met with empathy from Jason and total cooperation. I am over the moon about the customer service received. I do wish there was complimentary breakfast, as we were headed to the airport that morning and grandma wanted a grab and go experience. Thank you to the doubletree team and Jason at air b&b”

“Of the other local dive motels this is one of the cheaper ones but of the three in the cheap list it's the cleanest. Staff member was nice and tentative to room issues. This place does not provide toilet tissue or towels. Full size oven and stove but a mini fridge and microwave. When I checked in it only had one pillow but brand new sheets and bed covers. Of everywhere else this is so far my second choice of places. I will likely be back.”

“Rooms are spotless, comfortable, and a nice size desk for computer work. Everything worked and kitchen has utensils, pots and dishes for those that want to avoid restaurants. Breakfast is served daily and is also adequate, and tasty. Only issues are minor. My opinion. Living room does not have enough lighting to make room bright and there were no wine glasses in kitchen.”
“Our room the lights and electric plugs near the beds wouldn't work. The staff member told us that technician wouldn't come tonight that they would come the next day... we had to call again and ask for a different room. They moved us and things were fine after that. We expected to be able to use the pool while on our trip, signs said it was closed but staff told us it was ok to use it. I wish I got pictures but the handicapped chair for pool was broken and the bottom of pool was missing lots of places. We did not swim. It didn't seem safe. Breakfast was pretty mid, toast, cereal, boiled eggs, muffins... the waffles fresh were my favorite though. Location was great.. close to Six Flags and several malls nearby.”

“Homewood suits next to six flags is a great place to stay, almost in the middle of all things that you could want as a sports fan or six flags, there’s a shuttle stop to take you to all the local events, the sports complex’s are a short Lyft ride or shuttle bus ride. Bombshells is right in front of you need a good place to watch a sports and a cold beer”
“This has been one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The hospitality was unmatched. The inn is clean, quiet, calm, and the AC works amazingly well.
The host, Bob, went above and beyond. When my friend and I arrived, we asked him if Global Life Field was within walking distance. Then he said yes, but he asked us what time our conference will start, and then offered to drive us there. He even offered to pick us up afterward. It honestly felt like a blessing.
Bob was incredibly patient, kind, and thoughtful throughout our stay. On our last day, he even brought our bags to us so we wouldn’t have to return to the inn to get them.
Highly recommend this place!!!”

“Been staying here doing a contract in Ft Worth & so far so good. No complaints on my part & the staff is straight forward. Pleasant attitude from staff & faculty. Overall a decent facility in walking distance of all attractions in the area & would recommend if you need a spot while your vacation.”
“I couldn’t give 5 because I had 3 rooms for this trip. Two were ok but one was just in need of work. Walls were dirty sheets were stained pillows were well just say I felt like I was sleeping with just pillow cases cause they were so so flat. Front desk staff was nice except didn’t want to except my rate I was given housekeeping very friendly the other two rooms were exceptable basic rooms for basic price. As I was saying my room was the issue and they were apparently over booked couldn’t change rooms cowboys in town so hotel over booked prolly why they had issues with my lower rate.”
