“This has been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in for the quality & price. It was super homey, the staff were all very nice, & it had a decent gym. I only wish they had complementary breakfast? Overall, I would definitely stay here again in the future!”

“Accommodation and the room along with the hotel aesthetics are great. What it lacks is good customer service. I booked this room for my family who came from out of state for a funeral. The last thing they needed was a rude desk agent who acted like they were being bothered and was very judgmental in a way that they did not believe my BIL would “afford” such hotel. After a few hassles, they finally got their room. It was just for the night. So the next day when they were checking out there were no “How was your stay?” or “have a nice day” … again acting like they were being bothered to do their job. 100% not going to book another room here and will never recommend to anybody I know. My family was already sad with a loss, they had to endure terrible customer service. Tragic.”

“Had trouble with booking and rate when we arrived but the following morning they made it all right. Our room smelled like marijuana so they switched our rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Restaurant is on location so no free breakfast. They do have a shuttle service for events for $20 a person per way. The location was good would stay here again.”

“The hotel is located 10 minutes from the airport and across from the 1st Six Flags. The hotel seems recently renovated, and the contractor did a good job. The hotel is very nice and clean with an onsite restaurant. There's a lounge for guests opens 24 hours if you need drinks or coffee with an espresso machine. Free shuttle service within 3 miles. Services are excellent with friendly staff. Leah, one of the staff, checked us to make sure everything was ok and meeting their expectations. They have an indoor and outdoor pool and a small gym with modern equipment. The only issue I have with this hotel is the linen dust in the room. I can't say they didn't vacuum, but my phone was covered with linen when I woke up.Rooms: Very cleanNearby activities: Six Flags is across the highwayFood & drinks: Many restaurants within walking distance and on site”

“This place has become a new temporary home for me. The staff is dependable with Mr JD at the helm. The security at this location makes me feel safe and the parking is secluded in such a way that attempting stealing a car requires passing the office, etc and I have had no problems to date. Maintenance is good and communication is excellent regarding coordinated cleanings, etc.Rooms: Sparse but include useful basics.Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants nearby and a Wal Mart across the street.”

“There are a few restaurants around, but the majority are at least a mile away.Rooms: Good size rooms, the bed is comfortable but the rooms have a smell that we can tell what it is.”

“I booked a room and told my check in is at 4 pm. I arrive at 5pm and get told that they don’t have a room ready and available yet. So why did I pay to reserve a room and not have that room ready when I get here??UPDATE!I am updating this review because our stay here has been absolutely phenomenal! The workers have been great, and after our issue with the check-in, we were given a discount and they very quickly got the issue figured out, and us in a room. We stayed for three nights in the two bedroom suite and the rooms are very nice, spacious, and the location is literally right by everything we wanted to do.Thank you so much For your wonderful hospitality.Rooms: The rooms were very spacious and the two bedroom suite was perfect for our six person family although the only thing I would say is the pullout bed is HORRIBLE so if you plan on doing that bring a blowup mattressNearby activities: Right next to Six Flags and hurricane Harbor, as well as some other activities to doFood & drinks: Right by great food and awesome bars”

“This was my first time staying at an Aloft property. I was impressed, the rooms have a very unique layout. Just FYI if you're going to share a room, make sure you feel comfortable with that person because there's no restroom privacy.”

“The newly remodeled rooms are nice and the location is fine even though quite a few of the nearby stores and restaurants are closed. The sidewalks and parking lot are crumbling and difficult to walk on and nearly impossible to roll luggage over. But worse than that is definite lack of service. No more bottled water, breakfast, or welcome amenities for those of us with status... What is the point, I'll go back to Hyatt...Rooms: Neat, clean, smell good (this can be dicey in some places), and the TV allows for HDMI connection so I can work!Walkability: Only to a couple of places, fortunately one of which is Pappadeaux who's is well worth the walk!!Food & drinks: Over priced, nothing fresh out healthy, and no free breakfast at is typically the case in this range of Marriott offerings.”

“**Before anyone thinks that the four stars are in comparison to the Ritz Carlton, I want to clarify that this rating is in comparison to other budget hotels. Still, I would certainly stay here again!**I remember the HoJo of old. It was a kitschy but fun. This place carries only the name (and the price). The room was well-appointed with a fridge, desk, plenty of charging ports, a flat screen TV with a ton of channels, and an air conditioner that could be lowered to ice-cold (like I like it). The mattress and pillows were clean and firm. While there are no chandeliers or bellhops in tuxedos ... or limousines in the drop-off lane, this place is welcoming. Neither are there fancy shampoos and lotions in the bathroom, but the water flows warmly. Breakfast here (in the lobby) consists of coffee and granola bars. Fine with me.Bottom line: If you're here to watch the Rangers or Cowboys, or go to Six Flags, this place is perfect. Heck, it's an excellent home base for anything on the west side of the metroplex.”

“I can’t say too much because I think I got the best room but for the price I like it I just moved in and I stay here my boss got me the room I work right down the street at a restaurant. I think people come here and expect Caesars Palace Las Vegas type of hotel lol . If you are on a budget and trying to get over these hard times I recommend this place plus the guys at the office are nice gave me another key with out letting me pay them for it I locked my self out the first night . Thank you Abram Inn !”

“We were a little hesitant after reading the reviews online, but I am so glad we tried the place out for ourselves. For the affordable pricing you get the basics you need. Clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Do not expect a grand breakfast, the do provide something which is more than other places. VIN was WONDERFUL our entire stay. He helped with extending our stay, remained professional everyday, and handled things in a timely manner. The only suggestion would be the bathrooms. You can tell the aren't updated, but they are cleaned daily.”

“All was until the last night to stay. I booked a room for my nephew. That morning we left to go out of town for a meeting. As we we driving my nephew told me about a minor incident he'd had a few nights before when his daughter came to visit. Apparently his grandson had some erasable colorable markers for his tablet and and marked all over the wall. They told my nephew it would be a $125.00 charge since the had been damaged. He told them they were erasable and and clean it right up immediately. Then when we got back from our trip, they accused him of having someone in the room smoking which he denied. But he was out of the room for a while because he went down the hall to get some ice. And when we pulled up they waited until I left to tell him he would NOT be allowed to stay the last night he had booked but we were still supposed to be liable for the night payment., Plus the $125 they charged earlier.I was NOT very happy about the situation and since I was the name on record they should have contacted me or told my nephew to contact me to call them.”

“Some rooms have carpet, and some don't. Only a problem for me having neuropathy. This place definitely saved my life more than once. No deposit, accepts cash, has a swimming pool. Thanks BHI!Food & drinks: Across from QTNoteworthy details: If you work at either sports field it's walking distance after work even at midnight, less than 2 miles from Cowboys and Rangers stadiums”

“We stayed over the summer and have no complaints! After having an issue with check-in, Danetta made sure that we were taken care of and exemplified what good customer service looks like. After that, our stay was smooth-sailing.”

“Hotel suites are spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. I arrived and the gentleman at the front Omar was super helpful. He even upgraded my room after a mix up in booking. I'd recommend this hotel and will be back for sure.”

“Wasn't too bad for a wknd of R&R. The room was clean, but I couldn't give it a 5 bc they didn't have an iron. I had to go to the front desk and use it, then take it right back to them. It was also a lot of foot traffic.”

“So we checked in yesterday afternoon, we will be here till Monday for the Metallica concert. And so far so good. The service we got was great. So yes you get what you pay for but that’s not always a bad thing. The room was clean of course. The only thing annoying is the train lol but it’s”

“Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was the water was a warm temperature. I would have liked it a little hotter. We did bring our own pillows because some of the reviews stated theirs were flat. We had 2 flat and 2 fluffy pillows.”

“The young lady that checked me in not only made sure the rooms were clean she made sure everything that needed to be in the room was there. She was very professional and friendly.”

“All in all a nice place, if you have any issues management and front desk clerks are more than accommodating, that alone makes up for any minor inconvenience experienced.Rooms: Rooms are quite cozy, the location is convenient to any kind of activity because everything is just a few minutes drive.Nearby activities: Six Flags, AT&T Stadium, Choctaw Stadium, Globe Life Stadium, Indoor Go-Kart, etc.Noteworthy details: As mentioned before, any establishment that shows they care as they do here and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable is certainly noteworthy.”
