I believe his name was Rudy, he helped me pick out the key I wanted, I was looking for a tigger one and they didn’t have it up front but he found it. He went and found the one I wanted, he went out of his way even when I would have settled for another. Love this Ace and will be coming back.”

I came in looking for a simple solution: some electrical tape and a screw and nut to temporarily secure my wife's bumper, which had started hanging loose. This was a purchase of less than $5, but Aiden treated it like it was the most important task of the day.
He didn't just point me toward the hardware aisle and send me on my way. He took the time to understand the problem, brought out multiple screws to test for the correct fit, and even went outside and laid on the hot pavement to reach underneath the vehicle and help install the nut onto the screw.

“Absolutely excellent service today spent almost 30 minutes looking for a certain part until one of the Home Depot associates named FERA helped me out not only did she help me find the right part which at the store I was at was not in stock but also called a different stores manager had them pick up the part for me and keep it reserved. “this home depo is the worst i ever been to....its like going to a flea market where everything is all disorganized.....they do not restock items ever that i can see...forget plumbing pvc....forget nuts and bolts all out are all mixed up ....and employees always in the way blocking access ..and i mean always....i went to home depo in euless and it was way better store and more organized...”
