“I just spent an hour and a half at Rockler with two of the nicest gentleman, Jim and Kyle. I brought in a small 12"x 12" teak door and frame we want to use for a laundry chute door, that needs hinges/hardware. These two spent all this time with me, trying to find the perfect hinge. We settled on something that will mostly work as we're pretty sure the perfect hinge doesn't exist, but it wasn't for lack of trying!! This is small town customer service in an urban metropolis. So awesome!!”
