“Great place to get window screens made and repaired! Barry took care of a few window screens I needed, and at an amazing turnaround! I took the screens I needed repaired and also made a request for additional new ones in the morning, and by the later afternoon I received a call that Barry was done! Previously I took the screens to another Ace in Arlington and they held them for 1 week without even starting on them! This is the Ace to visit! Great customer service at Van Marcke's Ace Hardware and an amazing team. Thanks Barry!”

“I want to show gratitude to sales specialist Maurice Love. I called to see if an oven I had previously looked at was still available. Maurice confirmed it was and I stated I was enroute to purchase. Upon arrival Maurice had the oven pulled, wrapped and waiting for my dad and I. This is a level of professionalism that is very rare. And Maurices dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. His commitment in creating a positive customer experience is commendable. Maurice Love represents Lowe's well and is an asset to the company.”
