The absolute worst car rental service I’ve seen in my life. Lazy employees that are SUPER SLOW! It’s really unbearable. Horrible customer service. My agent leaves to go vacuums the car he’s renting me right in the middle of the process. Leaves the desk unattended. Several people standing in line for over an hour.

Super slow, under staffed. Pick up and drop off took forever, go somewhere else if you can.

Was able to book a car online; however, received a call when I was already on the way to the location stating that they do not rent cars to the public - they only rent to people getting work done at the attached dealership. I was still charged a no show fee and am having difficulty getting a refund.
