And understanding having to deal with my other two (the youngest) in the store. We can't wait to go back. My baby boy walked out with such a big smile on his face!”

I purchased a few shirts that I have been planning to exchange for a slightly different style, but it’s been a while since I stopped in the store and they no longer stock the exact item I had. When I stopped in today, they could have told me I waited too long and I definitely would have understood, but instead I was able to exchange for a slightly different style that I like much better. “For context, I had no dress clothes after losing them in a move and had an interview in 45 minutes with a budget of $100. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Kyle. I told him my situation and he was on it. I haven't experienced such dedicated and helpful customer service in a very long time. I felt super confident in what we picked out, and it was $13 under my budget. I went into my interview expecting an entry-level position and was instead suggested an assistant manager position in the company. I couldn't thank Kyle enough for making me look and feel awesome in the short time we had to get the job done. Excellent job and a wonderful experience.”

An she felt the need to have a fit on the title she wanted everyone to call her smdh I’m not against what anyone wants to be titled as but come on!!!! “I went into the store today to pick up some items and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped by this sweet young lady named Aubrie, she pointed me into the direction of what I needed and when it came time to try then on she helped me get settled into my dressing room and made sure i was alright and even went out of here way to go get me a bigger size in some shorts so I could feel more comfortable. She made my shopping experience very pleasant. However the store was a bit warm and I was informed the AC wasn’t working properly, despite the warmth of the store I had a great shopping experience thanks to Aubrie!”

“I absolutely loved the Arlington, Tx location I went to. The lady that help me was so nice and sweet and really helped me understand and be comfortable in my first pair of western boots. The location is huge inside and very clean. They sell real leather boots as well as exotic skin boots. Thy have the absolute best selections to choose from as well. They also do free boot stretching something I had never heard of and wasn't sure would work because of my calf size, but the girl helping me was very sure I would be happy with the boots once they were stretched and she wasn't lying. I'm in love with my Lane boots and they were stretched to perfection”
