“this is my regular go to. although the lady there who has been so nice welcoming and exceptional customer service on all my previous visits. this time around not so good she came off rude and just not in the mood I figured she's having or had a rough start in the morning I was thinking it might just be a one off, but I returned the next day and nope still the same I felt like I was being rushed.. hopefully when I visit again she be in a better mood. don't get me wrong I still love shopping here and will continue. she probably is just burnt out.”

“I called up there after going to 3 different stores to find lilac scrubs because I needed them for a photo shoot. They called and had the color I was needing in the size. Not only did they put them aside for me ready to go when I got there but she went out of her way to find me more. I came in with such a bad attitude because I was having a really bad day they let me vent while I tried on scrubs and were so kind through it all. I ended up buying not just the lilac scrubs I was needing, but 3 more as well because I loved the material of them. The quality of the scrubs were amazing and the photo shoot came out great. The owner and the staff were all extremely attentive, professional and very nice. I will only be buying my scrubs here from now on since shopping online is just not the same as being able yo see and touch in person.”

I didn’t end up buying anything because they didn’t have the size/color way we were looking for however the two young ladies who were on the clock were so helpful!! They even offered to order it online for me w free two day shipping but the website didn’t have it either :(

“This was my first time in this store. I always walk past it. I finally decided to go inside. It was so peaceful so relaxing. The lady that worked was so sweet. So nice! Did not catch her name. They actually had a good sale on jewelry and I wish I could have got more but I loved it and I would definitely be back. And I asked the lady I'm like. It's always so peaceful in here and she was like for the most part even when it's busy. It's still a calm environment wish in which I wish my work environment was like this but she encouraged me to come back even if I didn't buy anything just to enjoy that environment.”

“It's really a very nice Department store. It's always clean and neat. They have a nice selection of clothes and pretty decent prices although things are more expensive than they used to be. Of Course that's everywhere. They only had two people working check out and the line was kind of long. It's just so hard to find people to work these days.”

“I recently visited the Hollister store located at 3811 S Cooper St in Arlington and overall, it was a great experience. The store was clean, well-lit, and had that signature Hollister vibe that makes shopping feel more relaxed and stylish. I appreciated how easy it was to move around and browse the different sections without feeling overwhelmed or cramped.
One of the things that stood out the most was the diversity of the staff. It’s refreshing and inspiring to see people from different cultures working together, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful without being pushy, which made the shopping experience even better.
However, I did notice that the fitting room area could use some improvement in terms of organization. There seemed to be a bit of clutter and it wasn’t entirely clear who to approach for assistance or how long the wait might be. A little more structure there would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience.
Still, I walked away with a positive impression. Seeing a team of individuals from different backgrounds coming together with good energy and customer service really left a mark. It’s not just about clothes it’s about the vibe and values a store reflects. Hollister Arlington does a great job in many ways, and I look forward to returning.”
“Best place to buy clothes from other babe brand stores but at half the price. Come out and shop. The original store is in Tulsa Oklahoma. They have locations for you to shop. They carry all sizes for men and women and children. They also carry household items. They carry shoes and purses, socks and ties. Just come out and shop. Thank you half of half for always providing. “Minimalist store that caters to men and women looking for clothes that are on trend but not too trendy and at a fair price. Good place to find clothes for work. You will also find some casual clothing. The store is bright and has plenty of staff to help you find what you need. There is a men's section as well.”
“While similar to TJmaxx and Ross, you'll find brands here that you won't anywhere else. Labels from big box, department and online stores at the best prices you can find. The occasional luxury items are competitive with the RealReal. Go when you have time to spend but that time is usually worth it if looking for clothes. I've had success finding good quality jeans, dressy casual and athletic; women's suit jackets are usually nice but limited. Home goods and shoes are more iffy. Before you fall in love with something check it over very well, I've seen slashed items, tench coats with missing cuff doo-dads, etc. They have changing rooms. If the signs and organization seem confusing ask a sales clerk for a quick overview, they're very nice.”
