The establishment was very clean and organized and looked to have followed protocol when administering the test and handled it with care. Would recommend this place for future test if needed.”

“The lady who took my blood was really nice and patient. When she couldn't get my vain correctly, instead of her messing up she asked for help. That says a lot about a person. She is a good phlebotomy person and asks for help when need to becauseshe cares about people. She was patient and helped us a lot. If I have to go back which I hope I don't have to because I hope my cholesterol is good. I want her to take my blood again.

EDIT: Today 1/26/26 took my daughter to get her blood work done and the lady who took her blood was absolutely a gem. She is kind, very patient, calm, knows what she is doing and clearly has worked with babies. Unlike my other experience my daughter haf in the Dallas location (which was horrible) the Arlington location on Randall mill always had a very good experience with my other children. I rather make the long trip to this location if it means having my children comfortable and tooken care of correctly! ??”

“As I approached the entry door, I didn't realize that it was closed for lunch, yet a woman who had just passed me informed me it would not be back open for about an hour and asked what I needed. She opened back up just for me and drew blood for my tests. She was more than accommodating, friendly, caring, and overall, as professional as anyone can be. I had a great experience.”

“I went in today to get my blood out and the young lady was very very kind and she’s amazing at doing her job! Also the man at the front desk was super great and helpful!”
“I had to come in and get a lactose intolerance test (basically get poked 5 times within 2 hours) and I have the absolute worst veins. It took a couple tries once we got to poke 3 and I ended up getting lightheaded and dizzy. The staff was so amazing and took me to lie down, got me some ice packs and water. I completely understand why it was difficult for them to hit my veins but they were very accommodating. All of them were so friendly too! Lactose intolerance tests suck but they helped make it more bearable. Hope I never have to see them again lol!”
