“Staff is very kind and professional. Wait times are long but they have a text notification system that allows you to go home and then come back when you are closer to be tested. Very convenient.”

The establishment was very clean and organized and looked to have followed protocol when administering the test and handled it with care. Would recommend this place for future test if needed.”

“Went in for lab work this morning and the young lady in the front was super nice and helpful when I called in before going. Once I arrived the friendly and fast service continued. She was the same girl that drew my blood and Wow what an amazing job she did. Will definitely be returning and recommending here. We need more people like her in the medical field. Hope she is being taken care of at this job, I was very pleased.”
“Quest is conveniently located, i registered for appointment at home with Quest email . Im so thankful i did as the lobby was full of those who just walked in. I felt sorry for those who did not know how to register for appointment on line or by phone before going. Possibly they did not read signs posted everywhere. I really appreciate your friendly efficient staff.”
“I always get excellent service at Quest on Randol Mill. It is easy to set up an appointment. I get a reminder before my scheduled time with a link to check in. I can also check in with my ID and insurance card on the kiosk in the waiting room. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room and my blood draws are always quick and virtually painless. The staff are always pleasant and caring and get me in and out quickly, eventhough I'm a tough stick. I will never go anywhere else.”

“This lab is a bit of a drive from where I live, but it is absolutely worth it! The staff are very nice and the office was very clean. I didn't get a chance to get her name, but blood draw was painless!? That's absolutely incredible. It only took me less than 5 mins to get everything done. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience. I will definitely come back. :)”
