Their service was extremely professional and honest. The communication was excellent. If you need transmission work, I highly recommend North Texas Transmission!”
“I’ve been getting my car serviced at American Autotech since 2014. Moved down to Houston in 2018 but I still drive up to Arlington if I need work done on my car, and it’s definitely worth the investment for the quality of work they do. Repair costs are also well below other quotes I’ve gotten.
Never had to go twice for the same issue. The work is honest and reliable, and the service is top notch.

“My car broke down, called oscar, he got me in contact with a fair towing company, had it towed to his shop at night, got checked out first thing the next morning, he let me know what was wrong, he is a fair and honest mechanic, I got some other work done while he had it in the air at a fair price and he double checked my work on the brakes to make sure the issue doesnt happen again. Oscar and Abraham are def my go to mechanics from now on.”

“I met Ken the owner of Eagle Transmission. And This one of the kindest good hearted men I’ve ever met. He was holding a vehicle that had been towed in for our family member and knew that it wasn’t going to be fixed. But he allowed it to stay almost a week until able to be picked up and then waved his 125.00 tow fee. He knew he was not going to be making any money on that vehicle yet he let it stay until able to be picked up and like I said then even waved his tow fee. I also heard him with another customer on the phone telling her. All the things they were going to cover and pay for her vehicle to be fixed. This is something you don’t find now days in many business’s. Honestly, good hearted and truly caring about your customers or even ones that weren’t going to be a customer. You just chose out of the kindness of your heart to help someone out and still took that bill away for them. But wasn’t gaining anything on your end. As I mentioned, a very nice, kind hearted, humble man who gives grace and isn’t out to take or charge you for everything you got. I also believe if you can be this type of business man. Then the work you provide for your customers is just as good. Thank you so much for everything you did! It was more than appreciated.”
“Rear main seal replacement. In at 8:30am out @ 2pm. INSANE!! Awesome staff both shop and front desk!! Family owned and operated and they look you in the eye when you speak to them. They gave me a heads up on a couple of other potential trouble spots on my F150 and NO pressure to update, etc. TAKE YOU VEHICLE TO THEM. Tremendous service - competitive pricing!!!!!!”

“I took my Jeep to this shop to replace a drive shaft and front axle U joint. The manager & mechanic, Viet, was very helpful and took care of my problem the same day and at a great price. No complaints & no problems.”
“I went in with a tire issue and the guy working there (not sure of his name) was extremely friendly and helpful, and he fixed the issue free of charge and even filled up my spare tire's air without a word (i.e., he saw it needed air and did it, without me having to say anything). He also saw the lights on my dash and did a diagnostics check (completely on his own initiative) and gave me his very honest explanation and opinion on the issue, which really set my mind at ease. He did that free of charge too! I also happened to need an oil change and the price he gave me for an oil change was much cheaper than my usual shop so I was able to get that done right there. He did it really quickly and I even saw him vacuuming my car mats and car floors! At the end of the visit, all I got charged for was the oil change + tax. It was a super refreshing experience and I want to pay the mechanic back somehow for being so helpful. I'll definitely be going back for future services and would recommend this shop based on my experience.”
