“We absolutely love Olivia! She takes such wonderful care of our pomsky (half Pomeranian, half Husky), who has a lot of fur, and she is always incredibly patient and never rushes through his appointment. If you’re not exactly sure what you want, Olivia is so helpful with recommendations that will work best for your dog. You can tell she genuinely loves the animals she works with and treats them like they’re her own. Our dog always looks amazing and is so comfortable with her … we wouldn’t trust anyone else!”

“I took my little dog here to get a mini-make-rover, which I’ve been doing for years now. There was a new manager in the grooming department named Rihanna (sp?) she was so awesome with him! I could tell that she really has an affinity for for our babies. She went above and beyond! It was the best mini-groom he ever got there! And I already prefer petco to petsmart. All the ladies there were so good and I could tell they were happy to be there. Thank you for making that experience so wonderful for my little dude! He looks so fabulous!”
“We needed to get our pup a bath while visiting tx. We got him a bath and furminator. His coat was so shiny & and the shedding was gone ( note he had a furminator before we left home, but he was still shedding like crazy). The groomers were super nice and loved our Blue. We'll definitely book again the next time we're in town visiting my brother”
“This place is the best. Without the doggie daycare, our relocation would've been more difficult. They take such good care of our dog while she's there. I love the fact there's a vet clinic on site. We've never had a problem with staff or cleanliness. If there's ever a line, it's not because the team is sitting around doing nothing. They really care about the dogs and cats there. Great place to be.”

“If petsmart is going to sell exotics they should take care of them properly while they are in the store. For instance, they have a chinchilla at the moment. These Lil Critters in to be in cooler climate not stuck under a brite light . It has no way to climb nor no way to go inside to rest or relax in a tube. It's a form of cruelty. With petsmart it's all about money”

“Clean, neat, friendly staff. Stopped in with my dog for a break on a road trip. Smaller than some pet stores I've seen but still had plenty of inventory. Grooming service looks nice and clean and the staff grooming two dogs while we were there seemed gentle and good with the dogs.”
