“This is a great PetSmart with a very engaging staff. As I visited and walked through the store, it seemed like the employees were all working hard, yet they were never too busy not to stop to ask if I needed any assistance finding anything.

“Loved that my boy was so well taken care of! This is one of the few places that you can board your pet cat while you're out of town. I absolutely loved the smooth drop off and pick up process. We got the luxury suite for our boy and he was so happy every time they took him out for cuddles and exploring. We just picked him up today and he was so sweet and happy on the way home. “I went today wanting to find better options for my large breed dog. Jesse went above and beyond my expectations. He was able to assist in dry food, help educate me on the benefits of raw food, give suggestions on some good treats for a strong chewer and offer so many options for gut health and healing.
I left with so many items that my dog is already loving and told family so they can go to see for themselves. Thank you so much Jesse for making this overwhelming time feel easier! I will definitely be back!”

He helped me find exactly what I was needing for my dog in preparation for the upcoming fireworks to get in and out their quickly. He also reminded me of their return policy if I was unsatisfied with anything I purchased.”
“This is the BEST location for any pet store that I have visited. I take my foster dogs up there constantly for socialization and the staff is so attentive and helpful. “I love Elite Suites. They take your dog and just work on her. Coco use to be at the groomers from 8 to 4 and in a cage when they weren’t working on her, now She’s in and out in an hour. Rhonda takes good care of her and she has her every time and she’s never in a cage.”

“I went there mainly to check fish aquarium accessories. The section was well organized and I could easily find filters, food, and decorations. One thing I noticed was that a few items didn’t have clear price tags, so I had to ask multiple times. Staff responded quickly though, so it wasn’t a big issue. I bought a small tank light and it’s working perfectly so far.”

“I’m going to started by expressing my confusion about the name change. I visited this bakery on Friday, and it was called Three Dogs Bakery. The cake was absolutely amazing, and my dogs and their friend thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the bakery’s offerings. I also received a new name tag for my dog as a token of appreciation.”

“Rebecca is amazing. She's waited on me twice now (bags of crickets!). She really is an incredibly patient person and made sure I had everything I needed. I was a bit nervous (I hate bugs!) and she was very kind and understanding. It's a different world of customer service everywhere nowadays but she went above and beyond in both visits. It made my day!”
“I went in looking for basic supplies for a new puppy, and I honestly didn’t know much about what I needed. One of the staff members took time to explain different types of food, shampoo, and even training pads. I did feel the waiting time at the counter was a bit longer because there were a few customers ahead, but once it was my turn, things were smooth. They even helped me carry a couple of heavier items to my car. The experience felt helpful, especially for a first-time pet owner like me.”

Comparing the price of the vaccination package to what you would be paying at a normal clinic it makes absolute sense to use this service.”

“Really great place! Wide selection of products, and the owner spent a lot of time not just helping me find good bath products for each of my dogs, but also very patiently humored me when I saw the dog cologne wall.

YES. This place has a ridiculous selection of dog colognes, as well as every kind of shampoo and conditioner you can imagine, PLUS many grooming essentials. I’d leave a ten star review if I could.”
