“Loved that my boy was so well taken care of! This is one of the few places that you can board your pet cat while you're out of town. I absolutely loved the smooth drop off and pick up process. We got the luxury suite for our boy and he was so happy every time they took him out for cuddles and exploring. We just picked him up today and he was so sweet and happy on the way home. Thank you to the lovely staff at The Casual Cat Cafe especially Ren, LillyAnn, and Erin who sent us lovely postcards updating us on how each day went. Some pictures of my boy from the staff below!”
“I went today wanting to find better options for my large breed dog. Jesse went above and beyond my expectations. He was able to assist in dry food, help educate me on the benefits of raw food, give suggestions on some good treats for a strong chewer and offer so many options for gut health and healing.
I left with so many items that my dog is already loving and told family so they can go to see for themselves. Thank you so much Jesse for making this overwhelming time feel easier! I will definitely be back!”

“Great place to wash your pup and buy food and supplies. I take Stella every so often and use the self-wash area. It is always clean, and they offer multiple types of shampoos. There are aprons, towels, and small treats as well in the self-wash area. The staff is very nice and helpful. I also stock up on my cockatiel's food and supplies there. They have great sales and yummy treats (or so Stella tells me.) No guarantee your dog will not lie in a bunch of leaves as soon as she comes back from her bath there.”

“I love Elite Suites. They take your dog and just work on her. Coco use to be at the groomers from 8 to 4 and in a cage when they weren’t working on her, now She’s in and out in an hour. Rhonda takes good care of her and she has her every time and she’s never in a cage.”

“I went there mainly to check fish aquarium accessories. The section was well organized and I could easily find filters, food, and decorations. One thing I noticed was that a few items didn’t have clear price tags, so I had to ask multiple times. Staff responded quickly though, so it wasn’t a big issue. I bought a small tank light and it’s working perfectly so far.”

“I’m going to started by expressing my confusion about the name change. I visited this bakery on Friday, and it was called Three Dogs Bakery. The cake was absolutely amazing, and my dogs and their friend thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the bakery’s offerings. I also received a new name tag for my dog as a token of appreciation.”

“Showed up close to closing time after getting off a 10+ hour international flight and our dog NEEDED a bath before the next leg of our journey, they were graciously willing to reopen the diy dog wash station so we could quickly wash him up!
