“This is the BEST location for any pet store that I have visited. I take my foster dogs up there constantly for socialization and the staff is so attentive and helpful. As I have become a frequent customer they will even let me know if things on sale that my crew may need. I cannot recommend this location enough!”
“We absolutely love Olivia! She takes such wonderful care of our pomsky (half Pomeranian, half Husky), who has a lot of fur, and she is always incredibly patient and never rushes through his appointment. If you’re not exactly sure what you want, Olivia is so helpful with recommendations that will work best for your dog. You can tell she genuinely loves the animals she works with and treats them like they’re her own. Our dog always looks amazing and is so comfortable with her … we wouldn’t trust anyone else!”

“I’m going to started by expressing my confusion about the name change. I visited this bakery on Friday, and it was called Three Dogs Bakery. The cake was absolutely amazing, and my dogs and their friend thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the bakery’s offerings. I also received a new name tag for my dog as a token of appreciation.”
“I placed an order online for a leash and harness to pick up in store and one of my items was marked as out of stock but I found one in store. I was also complicated and used an online gift card 😭. David was very nice and stood there for almost half an hour with customer service trying to get my gift card refunded so I didn’t have to pay my own money for a mistake that they made in store. They were very nice and were in a good mood and I didn’t feel like I was being trouble to them at all! Thanks Petco, me and Nacho are very happy to go on our walks together now.”
“I went in looking for basic supplies for a new puppy, and I honestly didn’t know much about what I needed. One of the staff members took time to explain different types of food, shampoo, and even training pads. I did feel the waiting time at the counter was a bit longer because there were a few customers ahead, but once it was my turn, things were smooth. They even helped me carry a couple of heavier items to my car. The experience felt helpful, especially for a first-time pet owner like me.”

“This place is the best. Without the doggie daycare, our relocation would've been more difficult. They take such good care of our dog while she's there. I love the fact there's a vet clinic on site. We've never had a problem with staff or cleanliness. If there's ever a line, it's not because the team is sitting around doing nothing. They really care about the dogs and cats there. Great place to be.”
“I take my coonhound Crockett here every couple of months for a bath and desheding. The staff is always super friendly and my dog comes out clean and free of shedding hair.

It’s also noteworthy that during the initial search for a groomer, I found that Sisters TLC Pet Grooming was the ONLY place our dog is comfortable going to. With that being said, you can trust that your pup will be treated right here.The owners are skilled, kind, and quick to respond to my request for an appointment.”
“Hello I don't really know about fish so I went in just to kind of look around and there was a elderly gentleman that was the most educated that you could ever imagine when it came to fish well the salt water a fresh he could tell me what was aggressive what would eat up the other fish what was this what was that I bought for fish just because of him teaching me and that 30 minutes I felt like I could go scuba diving and mate with dolphins that's how educated I felt when I left there so I know it sounds comical but they know their stuff there The staff is very kind They don't mind stopping what they're doing and check it out for you and tell you when the sales are going to be and how to sign up for the newsletters and everything they're just good people coodles out for the training staff at PetSmart”
“We absolutely loved having Jace as our dog trainer! We just graduated from the intermediate class, and we're honestly so happy with how far Molly has come. We get compliments all the time about how well behaved she is, and it's such a good feeling to notice the change in behavior.
Jace is so patient and really takes the time to understand both you and your dog. He works with your needs instead of making everything feel one-size fits all.
