Safelite AutoGlass provides windshield repair and replacement in the Arlington area, offering both in-shop and mobile service. They repair chips and cracks fast, often in as little as 30 minutes, and can recalibrate advanced safety systems. Their work comes with a national warranty and is insurance approved.
Reviews note the service and installation are professional, outstanding, excellent, and very impressive. Many describe the technicians as outstanding, very polite, friendly, clear, thoughtful, and amazing, with one reviewer feeling the technician genuinely cared. They keep customers informed on progress and arrival times, which are often within a perfect scheduled window, and complete work very quickly.
However, some customers report inconvenient scheduling experiences, including long wait times for appointments and last-minute rescheduling due to parts not being in stock. While the final service is consistently praised, the scheduling process itself can be inconsistent. Many customers definitely recommend Safelite for their auto glass needs.
They came towards the end of the given timeframe, but repairman started immediately. He was able to replace the whole windshield within an hour & half. He gave me all the details as was very professional.
