“Recently brought my wife’s Dodge Challenger in to have a dent removed. Dent was on a body line, rather large, and probably problematic to work on. Got an estimate and made an appointment for the following week. Dropped off the car, and later that afternoon picked up the car. Dent was gone, and we are very pleased with the work. Everyone at Dent Empire is friendly and easy to communicate with. Cost of the dent repair was what you should expect to pay. Definitely recommend Dent Empire to be trusted for any dent removal needs.”
“I want to sincerely thank the man who helped me when I didn’t know how to put my side mirror back on. Earlier, a lady had hit it and drove off, and I ended up stopping there thinking it was a mechanic shop. I had just finished a long drive from Fort Bliss to DFW and was already exhausted and stressed.
Even though it wasn’t a shop, he still took the time to help me fix my mirror. He was kind, patient, and even joked around with me, which really lifted my spirits after such a long and frustrating day. His willingness to help a complete stranger meant a lot more than he probably realizes.

“It's never easy dealing with damage from another driver crashing into you. I had to wrestle with the other driver's insurance company for a couple of months to get what was owed to me. Fortunately the easy part was getting my truck repaired. I'm really glad I called First Choice. As soon as I was ready they got my truck in immeditely. We both knew right off the bat that there were going to be supplements needed from the insurance company. They really estimated the minimum. First Choice had no problems communicating with the insurance company and getting approvals for the total amount needed to repair my truck in full. And even with the Thanksgiving holiday in the middle of all this, they got the approvals, parts, and all repairs done very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised with the time I was without my truck, especially with some of the stories I've heard lately of long repair times. First Choice did great for me. “Mr. Mora helped me navigate through a long fight with insurance to get a supplement approved and prevent them from making my 24 year old truck a total loss. Once a supplement was approved he started on the repairs right away and the truck was completed in no time. The damage was substantial and now you can not tell it was ever in an accident. He also painted the hood and roof of cab for a very reasonable price. The truck looks better than ever. He was able to match the 24 year old paint perfectly.”

The next following business day I called him to see when he's available to start working on my vehicle and he said he can get started on it asap so I ended up dropping off my vehicle on Monday 4/6/26, along with the parts I had purchased beforehand and the next following business day he called me and said my vehicle was be ready for pickup the next following business day on Tuesday 4/7/26 around 5/6 pm.
