The place needs to be fixed a little nice area shade but needs an attendant there.....is this place for sale looked vacant.

I think the only reason I come to this place is because it's shady. LOL. The car wash doesn't work half the time and it's usually dirty you got to step over other people's mud. The one good thing is the vacuum cleaners. Their daughter. If you're not from the neighborhood go to another car wash.
