“Walking in here I didn’t know what to expect, but Casey opened the door for me and greeted me and introduced himself. He was a very kind gentleman. He helped me quickly and as fast as possible. He showed me a good size unit to store my belongings and had me registered as fast as AI. I don’t think I even lasted 10 minutes in there. I feel very satisfied with his work! Keep up Casey. “I had to go about 200 miles round trip and was concerned with the truck having almost 130k miles. Drove great with no issues there and back. Truck was the cleanest inside of any uhaul rental I have had. Pads were in a plastic bag and looked brand new. Highly recommend using D Bassett Roofing again.”
“Just picked up my 16' truck for a 1-way move to Austin, Texas. The owner was very helpful and got me a truck despite an issue with the parent company not communicating properly with him about my reservation. I've always used U-Haul for previous moves, but recently had a problem with them not having the truck i had reserved or a dolly which made my moving plans impossible and offered no help causing me to have to reschedule my move and costing me a good deal extra, as well as wasting my time.
Would definitely recommend renting a Penske truck from this location. Thanks again for all the help!”

“Success their staff their customer service the level of Maintenance with which they maintained their leased units is far and above their competitors. In fact I would definitely choose them over Hogan even if they charged more. My last last Class 8 unit was From Success my current leased unit is from Hogan and I'm telling you that there is a night and day difference at the corporate level.”
“Today Sunday, I was getting a sub-unit at this place, the supervisor Martin and the crew were not only great but amazing thanks to the entire team. The unit itself was filthy, had engine lights on, and the tires were in bad shape. He took it in right away and explained every step of what he was doing. He made sure to apologize for the condition of the truck and did everything he could to smooth things over and get it road-ready.

“So, in reference to the same move that I ranted about Public Storage, here is the opposite end of the spectrum.Penske was easy to deal with. Every day that I re-rented their truck out, they made the process simple. Seriously, just know your phone number, and they'll extend your booking.Here is where they go above and beyond: I re-rent this truck for like the 5th day and I get a call from, I'm guessing corporate. I wasn't surprised they called, but I was SHOCKED they let me have it for yet another day. Long story short, I acknowledged the guy had every right to be concerned that something awful had happened to said truck (nothing had happend) and he said the next day I HAD to return the truck. I totally understood, heck at this point I was seriously missing driving my own car (when your daily driver is a Honda Civic, and you rent out a friggin 16ft moving truck...).Penske, thank you. This was the move from Hell, the worst move ever. Yet, if not for your service, and most importantly, YOUR UNDERSTANDING (things companies like to talk about and yet, so few actually deliver) I could not have made it through.”
“This rental experience was smooth overall, and the truck itself was clean and worked well. The staff interaction was positive and the process was otherwise easy.
However, I once again paid for a dolly that was not included in the truck. This seems to be a recurring issue and should be addressed, as customers are paying for equipment they are not consistently receiving.”

“I had no idea how affordable and easy of a process it was to rent a truck. I had found a great sectional but didn’t want to wait for delivery. Downloaded app, made an appointment, picked up and dropped off all within 3 hours. I got my couch and saved on the delivery cost since it was only $19 base for the rental. Will definitely use again and recommend.”

“Smooth experience! I was 30 minutes late for my pickup but they were very nice and understanding even though they were about to close for the day. They also let me park my car nearby while I was using their truck so it was pretty convenient to just return the truck late at night, drop the keys in the box and simply hop back in my car to head home. Saved me an Uber ride!”
“Got the job done. Took me longer than expected being a "one man moving company." Downsized two units 10x20 & 8x15. So could not get it all in two goes. While me truck was parked in the parking of Budget Truck rental, someone took the liberties to try and break into me rt passenger door tho. So have to have the plate replaced. God's grace kept it from being a 3rd break in this hell bound Arlington!”

“I made the reservation on line, paid for my unit and once at the location I was basically treated as a liar. I showed my contract and receipt and even then I was told I would have to start from scratch. Had to pay a second time for my same Unit. They treated me like I was making it all up even with proof of contract and payment.”
