Her friendly yet professional demeanor is the type of customer experience that would 100% make me a repeat customer. “Today Sunday, I was getting a sub-unit at this place, the supervisor Martin and the crew were not only great but amazing thanks to the entire team. The unit itself was filthy, had engine lights on, and the tires were in bad shape. He took it in right away and explained every step of what he was doing. He made sure to apologize for the condition of the truck and did everything he could to smooth things over and get it road-ready.
Kudos to Martin for his kindness and excellent customer service.”
“Success their staff their customer service the level of Maintenance with which they maintained their leased units is far and above their competitors. In fact I would definitely choose them over Hogan even if they charged more. My last last Class 8 unit was From Success my current leased unit is from Hogan and I'm telling you that there is a night and day difference at the corporate level.”

“Great service. Very helpful in explaining the entry process if you get a storage unit here. The security is very tight and everything is on camera. I feel my belongings will be safe there as I have just moved to the area.”
“This rental experience was smooth overall, and the truck itself was clean and worked well. The staff interaction was positive and the process was otherwise easy.
However, I once again paid for a dolly that was not included in the truck. This seems to be a recurring issue and should be addressed, as customers are paying for equipment they are not consistently receiving.”
“So, in reference to the same move that I ranted about Public Storage, here is the opposite end of the spectrum.Penske was easy to deal with. Every day that I re-rented their truck out, they made the process simple. Seriously, just know your phone number, and they'll extend your booking.Here is where they go above and beyond: I re-rent this truck for like the 5th day and I get a call from, I'm guessing corporate. I wasn't surprised they called, but I was SHOCKED they let me have it for yet another day. Long story short, I acknowledged the guy had every right to be concerned that something awful had happened to said truck (nothing had happend) and he said the next day I HAD to return the truck. I totally understood, heck at this point I was seriously missing driving my own car (when your daily driver is a Honda Civic, and you rent out a friggin 16ft moving truck...).Penske, thank you. This was the move from Hell, the worst move ever. Yet, if not for your service, and most importantly, YOUR UNDERSTANDING (things companies like to talk about and yet, so few actually deliver) I could not have made it through.”

“As someone who has moved often, I know that not all U-Haul locations are created equally. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this location stood out. The employees were smiling and laughing, which immediately showed that they enjoy the atmosphere they work in. That’s something I always notice and appreciate.
I was greeted warmly and helped quickly, making the entire pickup process simple and pleasant. When my husband returned the truck later, he had the same experience. The return process was just as easy, and the staff were once again kind and helpful.
It’s refreshing to see a business where the employees seem genuinely happy and provide such friendly service. This location made what is usually a stressful part of moving much easier.”
“This is the worst storage ever.Do not I repeat do not rent from this facility i have leased from this facility for over 6 years. Maybe 7 put over $10000 into it, and the last year my things have been stolen. The lock was cut off at least 3 times and they will do nothing about it. I thought I had insurance the whole time now. They're saying I did not have insurance. You can't even speak to someone unless you say you're going to rent a place there. There's trash, there's people, there's drugs, there's everything everywhere.Do not rent from this storage, your things will be stolen.And there's trash everywhere”
“I love that it's a way from traffic noise it's calmed , and it's well kept clean inside truck when needed to transfer some items from one place to the other. They should be more reasonable about prices.other than that they should be available 24/7 at all times. So far good service.”
