“I submitted an online quote request at 7:45am and they responded at 8:26am. The price was fair and commented they would only repair the bad part if that is all that was required. I dropped off my truck at 9:15am, they texted with an updated diagnostic at 9:41am, and the vehicle was ready by 10:15am. There was minor problem on pickup that they fixed while i waited for no additional charge.”

Unfortunately I hit a road hazard a few weeks later, and even though I didn’t buy the warranty the man knew the situation and helped me fix the tire. “I went in with a tire issue and the guy working there (not sure of his name) was extremely friendly and helpful, and he fixed the issue free of charge and even filled up my spare tire's air without a word (i.e., he saw it needed air and did it, without me having to say anything). He also saw the lights on my dash and did a diagnostics check (completely on his own initiative) and gave me his very honest explanation and opinion on the issue, which really set my mind at ease. He did that free of charge too! I also happened to need an oil change and the price he gave me for an oil change was much cheaper than my usual shop so I was able to get that done right there. He did it really quickly and I even saw him vacuuming my car mats and car floors! At the end of the visit, all I got charged for was the oil change + tax. It was a super refreshing experience and I want to pay the mechanic back somehow for being so helpful. I'll definitely be going back for future services and would recommend this shop based on my experience.”
