“Their crack team provided me white glove customer service. I'm not even from GP but I got a flat Thurs morning and this was the shop nearest to me. These guys get my car on a lift the moment I pull up, I didn't have to say anything and I'm driving away with a new tire 13 minutes later at an unbelievable price. They even throw in a provisional repair for my rear window and give me the website for a car parts aggregator. Excellent service bar none, I'll be back if I'm ever in the area.”

“I was having a problem with my back left side tire that kept going low, and had taken it to a big name tire shop- they proceeded to tell me I needed all new tires. I feel like I just bought new tires?? So, I took my car into Khaled- and he immediately found nails in my back tire and repaired it- and looked at my other tires and told me they are still in great condition. Being a female that has no expertise in tires- I feel like I would have bought new tires under the recommendations of “the other guysâ€- having said that- I'm glad I got a second opinion. I haven't had a problem with my tire pressure since!! Thank you guys for being honest with me and helping me!!!”

“I called in the morning to find out if they do commercial tire repair, the gentleman on the phone was very polite and invited us to bring our truck in and that it will be taken care of. My driver took the truck to their shop, the service was super fast even tho they had many trucks there, very professional staff and the quality of the repair is exceptional. I'm so glad I found this place and if we ever need any more tire repairs we will only come here as we are in TX on a regular basis. I would give it a 10 star if I could. It's hard to find a good place to repair trucks these days so I know I got lucky finding them.”

“I stopped into this tire shop today at a little afternoon with a fairly unique issue. I was fortunate enough to have Christian (who told me this was his first day) assist me. I described what I needed and he said I could be looking at a $125 fix. He came out and looked at two flat tires in my trunk that had been damaged when my son went through a nearby car wash (as much his fault as theirs). Before we made it back into the store, he stopped and said he was going to try and rebuild the damaged valve stems, in lieu of replacing them. The bottom line is, he rebuilt the valve stems and sent me on my way with two repaired tires for $0. This kind of stuff just doesn’t happen anymore. Thank you Christian and thank you discount tires. When I need serious work done, I will come here!”

“It was packed, but glad I was there at the right time. I found an APPLE PHONE in a cart outside in the cart keeping Parking lot. I kinda figured it belonged to a person that I was waiting for his parking space. So I waited in front of Sam's building and sure enough he came back. It was a big phone to start with. If it woulda been a woman's phone I would've just investigate who's the owner or SAMS LOST AND FOUND becuz she would've thought she put in her purse and not know for a long while to figure out it's missing. ?”

I've done business here before but this right here problem I had a dishonest mechanic would have jumped all over this and claim I had major issues when I didnt!! I put a new fuse in my car and for whatever reason my car wouldnt turn on after that not only they asked their guy to tow me at a very low charge but looked at my vehicle to see why it won't start...my fuse box came disconnected ..how? I have no idea maybe it was to shout for this business!!! Good honest people here. Grand Prairie will be highly appreciative of this GP is good city need to get rid of the crooks! Thanks yal?”
