“Admittedly I had put off going to the vets because I was too afraid to know what was wrong with my dog's abdomen. Within 15 minutes of meeting her Dr Erin not only had she solve the mystery but it was no big deal, I had been so anxious for nothing! So if you have put off going to the vet please take it from me - the only thing more scary than an ill pet is when you don't know. They were very transparent with costs and provided options. They were incredibly loving and attentive to my pop, who ate it all up! “I was referred by Dr. James with Polo Animal Clinic when I called them because Bear (8 year old Yorkie) injured his left hind leg when jumping off the couch and Polo Animal Clinic doesn't have x-ray equipment. Creekside was able to get Bear an appointment that same day. We arrived and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kutch was amazing. She knew her stuff when examining Bear. He did pretty good with her too.”

“Our Australian Shepherd is diabetic which led to blindness. The Drs. at Animal Eye Clinic removed the Cataracts that had burst and replaced her lenses. She now has her vision totally restored. Quite amazing!! I highly recommend them!!”

They truly care about people and their pets. Not only do they provide a warm, caring and loving experience for your pet but also for their humans. A sick or dying pet is upsetting, and JLRAC staff and doctors make a huge effort to comfort and ease stress. They offer a loving environment during sick visits or when you must euthanize your pet. They are willing to work with customers on price and offer finance plans to ease the burden of a sick or dying pet. They always make time to listen to concerns and answer questions. This is the best place with the best doctors in the metroplex!”

“Great vet! Everyone is so friendly. The vet tech, vet, and office staff were amazing and made my nervous kitty feel a little less nervous. I can't say enough about the quality of care they provided. Addressed all my concerns and is a very affordable place to take your fur kid. They tell you step by step where you are with the bill. Which I find very helpful. No last minute surprises when paying. They treated my cat with respect and were so gentle. They were even able to trim her nails... which is a chore! Highly recommend.”
“Dr. Walker and his team are wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable. We have been taking our dog to him since 2017. In 2020, our dog had an emergency that required an immediate surgery. It was around Christmas and we knew most vet offices would be closed. We called Dr. Walker's office and he told us to bring our dog in early morning of Christmas Eve. Our dog survived because of him. I can't imagine taking our dog anywhere else. Dr. Walker is one of the reasons we never want to move.”

“I really enjoyed bringing my cat Zeus here, even though I sometimes had to drive 30 minutes to get there. It was worth the drive! All of the vets I saw there were great but I had the most visits with Dr. Kraft, who is very patient and makes you feel as if you and your baby are his only patients! I am an overbearing cat mom that sometimes requested unnecessary things and he was great at talking through why he thought it might not be that helpful but was also great at using shared decision-making and still willing to order something if it wasn’t harmful and would give me peace of mind.
I moved out of Texas and am now waiting in an ER that is a lot less convenient to use and seems to try to upcharge everything, which was the opposite of the experiences I’ve had at I-20. I wish there were another I-20 near my new home with the same amazing doctors! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants the best care for their fur babies!”
