“Love this store. I could easily spend a $thousand$ in there with no trouble at all! We go often and have never seen any of the behavior mentioned below. The staff is extremely friendly, always willing to help, greeting us when we come and ask us to return as we're leaving. I'm just flabbergasted that the experiences are so night and day. I would commend your staff on their patience with me. Being in a motorized wheelchair, it isn't always easy to clear merchandise on the end caps that I knock off, and I am so needy with things on top shelves. As often as we come, I would think I'd at least get a hint of impatience or irritation. There has never been any sign. They get only compliments from us!”
“I lived in pilotpoint for 30yrs. Don's dad was very helpful to me over the years I miss him. Don's son is awesome if you need anything he will help you with anything or problems your having. His name is Don. The employees are awesome also. Just be patient because sometimes they get really busy because of all the construction going on in the community since its growing fast.”

This spot is not only always quick, professional, reliable but they also have the best and most fair pricing for what they provide. The staff is constantly on point and doing their best at all times. Anytime I need any equipment or gas I always make sure it’s there, and if they don’t have something which is usually rare, they are even happy to recommend to me where I can find it. 5 stars times 10!”

“Not just blade sharpening! They do have an abundance of wood working specialty tools. Very knowledgable staff also. Unlike your big box stores, you won’t hear, “I’m not sure. That’s not my department.” Very helpful and friendly with great pricing.”

“Fantastic appliance team! Bought a Garage refrigerator and got it delivered in just a few days. Sales team was fantastic and the delivery crew was top notch. I am going to buy my inside fridge, washer and dryer from them next!! Delivery app was great too. I was able to track them from store to door, too.”
“I was recently in to return some tools for my company and everything was going smooth. Customer service was more than happy to help. I was told to get the tool that was warranted and bring it to them to exchange it. As I’m walking back to the front an older employee named Jose approached me and started to give me a hard time about the exchange. He stated he worked for customer service and started to ramble on how the tools should be exchanged. Seemed like he just wanted to complain and was trying to take his anger out on my co-workers and I. We found out later he lied about working in customer service and likes to do this often to customers. Thought it was weird but in the end customer service did an amazing job and we were able to get an exchange done. As for José do better and quit harassing customers with lies.”
“Never had a problem at this spot. Always going to be small things that another location has more of then them. This is manufacturing issues. Not this locations problem. Not a 5 star because the Christmas Tree pricing in the parking lot is still way too steep.”

“Excellent place ! We went to bathe my dog and the washing station is great! It had all the products I needed to bathe my dog, there were towels, soap, shampoo, brushes etc! Everything was in perfect condition, the treatment was excellent on the part of the employees and the price for using the area seems great to me, $9.99 seems super practical to use that area and not have to deal with it in my house!”
