“When it comes to barbers and, certainly mechanics, I'm always looking for someone I can TRUST. I think I've found that with Ricardo and the gang here at Insta-tune. I had a leaking rear differential gasket that they refilled and sealed for only $145 on my 2007 crown Vic. He told me he looked the car over and later on I'll need shocks and brakes but other than that he told me nothing was wrong with it. No upselling, no hustling. I like that.”
“I broke down over the weekend and needed my car towed home, so I called Hook'd Towing. Chris the owner called me and said they can tow my car and could possibly fix the issue. I explained what my car was doing and he stated he would like to tow it to his shop and diagnose it to see if they can fix it. Jeremy took excellent care of my vehicle while towing.Not even a few hours after they had my car they diagnosed the problem and said they can get it fixed by 4pm that day. Before the end of the day I was able to drive my car back home with warranty and free adjustments.Chris is very knowledgeable and was transparent with me every step of the way.
