EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS! Pack Rat dropped off pod on time, picked up and stored for us and then redelivered on time as planned. Terrance was tremendous and helpful when placing the pod in a convenient location for us in not the easiest location. Highly recommend the Pack Rat team!
