Card reader broken, guy tried taking my card out of my hand

I really like 7-Eleven however the employees there who do not speak English are very hard to communicate with and seem to be rude and argumentative. Even when the manager is telling them what to do they still are insisting that they are right.

I wanted to put some gas but the working didn’t open door . He told me to go saying he is mooping. This is worst store and cashier that i have seen.
