Daniel replaced a hybrid battery in about 5/10 minutes and the customer felt beyond grateful. Jonathan helped with an alternator, an absolute lifesaver, angel on earth, and the staff was top notch. The location also offers windshield wiper fluid, fuel injector cleaners and other parts. I went to the W Parmer location to get brake pads. Isay helped me with everything I needed. He was friendly, very patient, and very helpful. I would return to this location just based off of his customer service.
