Terrible customer service and the people overseas that always pick up the phone just give you excuses and never get anything resolved. Imposible to get anyone to help. I have made over 10calls all with around an hour wait time and no real answers

There customer service is non-existent. I constantly get sent to a call center where the representative can only talk from a script and cannot understand what I want. It is maddening!!! Do not use this company! I repeat, DO NOT USE AMERIGAS!!!

If there were zero stars, that would be my rating. I recommend exploring others versus choosing Amerigas.
