Appliance Associates is a helpful and knowledgeable business. They sell parts directly to retail customers and provide useful guidance, even when a specific part is not in stock. Staff are nice and super helpful, offering solutions and directing customers to resources. Their online videos are also great and very helpful. Customers report they would absolutely check them out again and purchase all appliances from them.
I called these guys looking for a microwave part. They were really helpful and ended up directing me to a website where I could order this part myself directly rather than ordering it through them. I did not purchase from here because I live in FL. However, when trying to learn about my new washer Appliance Associates had great videos that were more helpful than the manufacturer! If I lived there I would definitely purchase ALL my appliances from them!
