Arboretum Auto Service is a trusted and highly recommended auto shop known for its great work, fair prices, and exceptional service. The business is praised for having skilled and knowledgeable people who actually know how to fix things properly, not just change parts. They are consistently described as very fair, offering great advice, and looking for the least expensive way to repair a vehicle instead of trying to sell unnecessary services. Customers appreciate that they do the right thing, with decades of experience to back it up. The service goes beyond standard repairs, with many reviews highlighting extraordinary kindness and character. This includes staying late to finish a car, performing minor work for free, not charging diagnostic fees, and helping customers in difficult situations without additional cost. People trust them with all types of vehicles, from old beat-up cars to nice sports cars. Customers report having been loyal for about 20 years and plan to keep coming back, unable to recommend them enough. The overall experience is one of honesty, skill, and impressive customer care.
I had a check engine light popped up out of nowhere. I came in and they checked it and cleared it without a charge, since no issues were found. Much appreciate. Great service

Honest work fair pricing. Brought in car, turns out a different shop didn’t put the wheels on all the way after replacing the brake pads. Tony repaired the wheel studs the same day (on a Saturday) and stayed late for us to pick up the car.
