Walked in needing a new phone and the store manager was able to help me out quicker than a fly on soup. Was outta there in 30 minutes, no hassle. Even got me squared up with a new charger and screen protector too:)

Apple Store wasn’t able to assist with my issue so I had to make a visit my local AT&T store. Avril was extremely helpful and was able to assist and get my device up and running in less than 10 minutes. A+ customer service.

Actually the biggest waste of my time going to this store.
A phone on my plan was lost and I went to get information on whether my protection plan covered a replacement and how to go about getting a new phone.
I forgot my ID so I asked the employee if they can just look at my statement through my phone/app to see if it’s covered. She said no, you need your ID
So I went home and got my ID, went back. She literally just looked at my statement and told me I needed to file a claim online.
As if that couldn’t have been done when I went in the first time.

Horrible service and they asked personal questions that should not have been asked like how old is my dad how old is my mom how old is my lost aunt they asked very personal questions even though I had all the documentation to prove that we was me would not recommend

Hello, I am very grateful to this company because every time I have to make a change or change my number, they always help me. Also, I went to the store shortly thereafter and the manager on duty, named Eli, was very patient and friendly with me. I give him 5 stars for that because almost Not even a manager or employee is friendly like him. I recommend it when you can or use something. I recommend this store.
