Ever since the change in management this place has been such a help for anything I need like just help phone help or if I need to even ask any questions regarding technology in general there very knowledgeable and they managed to drop my bill $25 a month!!!

I went in to the store because I had a mobile service issue on my new device.Jesus greeted me pleasantly and helped me immediately.He trouble shot the issue thoroughly and ended up resolving it it very swiftly.

I was very satisfied with Jesus at the Norwood AT&T store. He helped me in every step of the process in buying a new phone and even provided options with cases. I just did not like any of the styles with the cases. Not his fault. He explained everything thoroughly and I waited less than 5 minutes for help.
