My cat was playing with my keyboard and knocked the letter Y off, came in and was out in less than 10 minutes to get it back on no charge. I really appreciated the kindness and efficiency. I would 100% still be waiting for even an acknowledgement if I had gone to the Apple Store. Thank you!!

Super super awesome guys! Really honest work and are always trying to help! We didn’t feel like they were trying to do a cash and they just wanted to help fix our laptop and swap our data.
