“I almost never leave reviews, but the service and quality of work I received from Parts-People were so good that I would have felt bad not leaving one. Harry was extremely professional and was able to resolve all the issues I was having with my Alienware laptop. They returned it to me looking and feeling practically brand new, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The pricing was also very reasonable considering the level of service they provide. I decided to go with Parts-People because I was honestly tired of Dell doing the bare minimum whenever I sent my laptop in for repairs or maintenance. Parts-People genuinely goes above and beyond, and the difference in the overall experience was night and day. If you own an Alienware laptop and need repairs or maintenance, I 100% recommend Parts-People over going directly through Dell. Dell can certainly get the job done, but in my experience, Parts-People operates on another level when it comes to professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work. Huge thanks to Harry and the Parts-People team for the excellent service. You’ve definitely earned a customer who will come back in the future!”

“Wanted to build my own gaming rig. Mason, David and Rio were simply amazing. Got me all I needed to build a solid, fully upgradeable gaming computer and I can confirm it works! (though I know they'd be there to help me if I needed it). We also got it done UNDER my budget, easily competing with online prices. Amazing. A little time and I'll be back for those upgrades guys! Thank you!”

“Name another company that can replace the inside screen on the inner screen of the modern Moto Razr. Not possible. Hi-Tech Gadgets got it done and figured out. I rely on my phone for work and these guys went above and beyond to do everything they could to help. I hope i don't break the screen again, but if i do i know where to go, as long as they dont think i was too much of a pain.”

I came in looking for a chair and decided on the Izkur V2 along with the Basalisk V3 Pro and Dock Pro with the big help of Aaron, Austin & CyberDog. These guys REALLY know their stuff if your looking for the right tech. I'll be coming back soon with the deals and support they offer!”
