“Hello. I recently called the 500 W. William cannon Dr. Location and got Dwayne and what amazing service! I needed a sofa set and the last one I had gotten was not a good fit for my home or family needs. I informed Dwayne that I needed a material that was not like chanile and that cat hair wouldn't stick to it and that was wide enough for my big family. He sent me text pictures of what he had and prices immediately and found me the perfect set. He was patient and helpful and I am so happy.”

“Bought a new Mac here because I wanted help transferring all my photos and files. Turned out the model I bought had insufficient storage capacity so they set me up with an additional external drive. I didn't like having to turn on the drive so they let me upgrade to a Mac with more storage. Redid the entire data transfer at no charge. Milo personally saw to it that every detail was handled to ensure I was satisfied. Will never buy a Mac directly without this level of service. Highly recommend.”

Another furniture place in Austin wanted to charge me nearly twice as much for the same chair.Office Depot never harassed me to sign up for their rewards program. I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes. Wish every brick-and-mortar store was like this.”
