Mark, Gus, and Joseph Martinez went above and beyond to help me in bad situation. No one was at fault or to blame for the situation and they stepped up to help me and my family with our vehicle issue. I can’t say enough good things about them, kind, understanding, expeditious, friendly, AMAZING! I will recommend anyone, whether in the market for a Subaru or not to go see the fine people at Austin Subaru. This was without question the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. The team at Austin Subaru should be proud of how they take care of their customers. Very happy customer.

I had put an inquiry though one of the big box warehouse car buying service.This was one of the dealers who initially reached out. The first sales person ended up leaving the company. That first contact went no where. I got contacted by another sales person. I had responded to his inquiry.We went one round of email negotiations, but that was it. I did appreciate the salesman trying to offer me the best possible price. He never did follow up with me with regards to finishing up the deal. I did end up going to another dealership to finalize my purchase. This sales person was not pushy or tried to get me to come into the store to negotiate. I appreciated the fact he was wiling to hash everything out over email. It would have been to have a follow up email, or even a phone call.I have been to this dealership for service. It is a tad bit cramped with everyone trying to get service for their Subarus. The dealership is nice and well stocked with vehicles. This place is a tad bit far for me to bring my Crosstrek in for service. Since they did drop the ball with my inquiry, I am not sure I would come back to try to buy another Subaru.

Don’t go anywhere else. They completely take care of you here. They work with every customer to make sure they are happy. They are fair. They are honest. Their process is seamless. It’s just an all around positive car buying experience. Lucky to have the top Subaru dealership in the country right here in Austin. Come in from far and wide you won’t be disappointed.

I had bought vehicles at other dealerships but this one was the best! Catering to free drinks, coffee and other sweets.I wanna thank Tony N. He was an amazing person, He is a very humble man that I love the way he treated me! I will recommend my friends to him. Good job Tony ?

One of the best experience when buying a vehicle was right here! I've been shopping around for a car and finally when coming to Austin Subaru they treated me right they made the processing easy and I was able to find the car of my dreams that I wanted. Highly recommend ask for Clayton, he will make the car buying process a breeze and works hard for you in finding the right model to fit your needs.

Just bought my first Subaru and had a wonderful car-buying experience. Everyone was very kind, straightforward, honest, and allowed me to take my time. Test drove some cars Monday and came back to buy a car Wednesday! Tony and Dean stayed just to make sure I was all setup and ready to go.

Where's the love Austin Subaru? Last night I was stranded, and frankly a bit scared. It had gotten dark, my car wouldn't start and I had no one to call. New vehicles as most of you know don't operate like the old ones. My car could not even be locked if I was inclined to leave it. I have a late model Subaru with a new battery and I keep excellent care of my car. I've never missed maintenance, rotating the tires or keeping it clean. I never buy cheap gas. So I called Subaru to ask if they could recommend a roadside service. The person I spoke to said I just needed to get my vehicle towed and that was the depth of her willingness to help. As it turned out, My 'new' battery was dead that I bought from Austin Subaru was dead. I had stepped away from my car for not more than 10 minutes so I am still perplexed. Austin Subaru, a new Subaru dealership just opened in Buda, and guess what, they wash your car instead of sending you to a dump down the road in the name of being 'green'. What a load. I will be going to Buda from this point forward. Your callousness lost a customer. I'm sure the people that spend an ENTIRE day sitting in your service waiting room won't mind and it's clear that you don't care. I bought my car from you. But I won't be back. No love at Austin Subaru.

Brought in my 2018 Crosstrek to replace some console items that were broken and ended up being there for 9 hours! This was my forth dealership (WY, WA, MN) and worse experience ever. Most of the service advisors were friendly and approaching their clients, walking them through what was happening, etc. Mine, Jacob, acted liked he had never been in customer service or was having a bad day. Either way, you went to work, where you knowingly work with people who are primarily paining a lot of money out of pocket to get their personal transportation back online. I texted him twice in the initial 3 hours, with no response I assumed it was going well. He came out after 4 hours and said it would be 4 more because they'd only been running tests on it and hadn't yet begun fixing anything. He walked away... I order delivery. I overheard from another advisors that they had a lyft on request if needed if the wanted to go to a restaurant or run an errand or go home. I continued to wait and text and got two updates with no ETA. It took 9 hours.I will return as options in Austin are limited and I did see the other customers being properly engaged. The floor manager did contact me the next day for details and apologized.

I had a great experience buying with Austin Subaru! I can see why I have only heard good things about them. Everything from the staff to the free coffee bar was great! Everyone there was super friendly and easy to talk with. Steve the sales person who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly! I did not feel pressured to buy and actually showed up three different days to test drive. I wanted to make sure I got the right car for my needs.Even the person who helped me with the financing, Danny, was patient and took his time to go over everything with me. I wanted to make sure I understood everything that I was buying and did not want to purchase a lot of "extras" that would put me over my total budget. I even got a better percentage rate than my local credit union was offering.I'm very happy with my new Forester and the experience I had buying it with Austin Subaru. I only have good things to say, so go test drive a Subaru with them and see for yourself!

I wish this business did better, but they seem to be following the trend.At 2000 miles my battery died. The warranty ends at 2000 miles, makes sense. A mechanic confirmed they send new cars off with bad batteries and that mine was terrible. Well my brand new car with less than 10K miles has terrible electrical issues. These are draining my batteries among other issues. Their response has been less than adequate. I should not have to deal with this in a brand new car. This is not my first new car. Even a ford I owned at one time was more reliable. The really shady dealer up town sold me a new Mitsubishi years ago and it had 0 issues. I thought Subaru was better, but buying my dream car turned into a nightmare. We bought two cars from this business you would think they would care what we think, but they do not seem to. Conclusion: I will never buy a Subaru again. It is sad because I was going to keep this car for life and now will most likely have to sell it since Subaru and Austin Subaru is most likely not going to step up. .

Once again, another bad trip to this dealership. I wish I learned my lesson after the first bad trip. Don't bother with an appointment, they don't seem to stick to any schedule. If you have a schedule to keep, don't depend on them to finish your car within any reasonable timeline. I'm sure the work is fine and seems cost competitive with other dealership models, however their professionalism, communication, and time management is embarrassing. Initially quoted a same day turnaround for a common repair turned into a three day fiasco. Each day, they promised a follow up.Each day, they failed to provide any meaningful details. Each day, they pushed out the completion timeline. We didn't even get a complete diagnosis for a full two working days, despite being 'the top priority' for the day. Our entire week's schedule was disrupted due to their poor scheduling. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and provide an update when they missed their commitments from the prior day.

I originally started my shopping ventures at the Subaru austin before finishing my purchase down the street at First Texas Honda. I was able to get connected to John Martinez and told him clearly my wants and needs for my car. John from the beginning to the end of the sales experience was an excellent communicator and just genuine person. He personally brought me to First Texas Honda down the street since the options at Subaru weren’t aligning properly with my needs, and I was cared for tremendously. He stopped at nothing to find the best options for me, even if it meant sacrificing his own time out of his normal office space to do so and at a dealership that was away from his normal office. Since Subaru also owned the Texas First Honda, John was able to help me at both locations. The team and experience in the beginning at Subaru was super commendable. They notice you from the moment you walk in the door and offer amazing coffee and snacks for your time. John worked hard to maintain my time constraints with purchasing my vehicle and I couldn’t recommend him enough! I was able to purchase my used Honda Accord and couldn’t be more comfortable in it!

This place is awesome to take your vehicle into and everything was going great until I picked up my wife’s vehicle and noticed that they had thrown a yeti I had in the cup holder on the passenger seat. They just have thought it was a closed lid but it wasn’t, so now there’s coffee all over my leather passenger seat and I can’t get the smell out. Why didn’t they put attention to this small detail? Why throw the yeti on the seat and not juts place it somewhere else in the position they found it

I had a great experience dealing with Jason Clark of Austin Subaru, who helped me choose to buy my first car. Jason is extremely knowledgeable about the different models and made sure to listen to my needs, preferences, and budget in order to find the perfect fit for me. He is patient and attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had.I have been absolutely thrilled with it! It runs smoothly, has all the features I was looking for, and is simply a joy to drive. I really cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Austin Subaru. It was truly exceptional. From the moment I drove onto the dealership, I felt that everyone I met with had a genuine commitment to assisting me with my car buying needs.My interactions with Ray, the general sales manager, Joey, my sales specialist, and Dean in Finance were all extremely positive - they were patient, answered all my questions, provided data when I needed it, and in the end, I made a car-buying decision that worked best for me.I've had many car-buying experiences in the past; however, this is the only one that has ever been worthy of posting a truly positive review. The good folks at Austin Subaru have certainly earned my appreciation...and repeat business!
