Worst credit union EVER. they open late and close early, no available card services after hours, weekends nor holidays so if you have issues with your cards/account you have to wait until late Mon. Morning. No access to your own money either, you have to call to make any changes to your account/transactions. I would not recommend it. Deposited Checks have a 3-5 day hold policy, longer if you deposit on Tuesday-Friday. But if you invest with them , they take that money that same minute.

They do not have an ATM and so I have to go out of my way spend more money on gas or pay another ATM to get my funds very disappointed.

I refinanced my truck with them and then the company I previously was financing my truck called me every day. They were telling me they haven't received anything from ATFCU. So every time they called me I would ATFCU and they would tell me I'm fine and they're handing it. Over 2-3 weeks I talked to both of them 5+ times. The last time I spoke with them they tried to charge me $1,300 for my $600 truck payment. They never paid carmax so I had to pay all the interest that accumulated from them lying to me and saying I was fine. Their own employees on the phone didn't even understand how they were trying to do this lol I guess I should have believed the bad reviews before giving them a chance. I'd give them 0 if I could

Says there's an accessable ATM (Shared with UFCU VIA ATM Alliance) but there isn't one. It's been removed even tho drive thru sign says ATM too. Fyi.

Do not get a car loan here!! You will never see your title!! Never sent my title after paid in full and it's out of their hands they said!! Bad customer service!!!!

Austin telco is the worst do not bank with credit Unions. They are not very informed not very helpful and you will have to jump through hoops for them but they will fall short when you need information from business you have done with them in the past. I had a vehicle loan and paid it it off through them was given the title but no lean release paperwork and title not documented. After multiple attempts and phone calls they tell me they cannot notarize my title and proof of lean release that was through their bank!!!!!The atm is always broken or robbed. Phone calls do not go directly to the Bank making it hard to get ahold of then correct branch.

This bank judged me based on my looks. I lost everything after my apartment flooded in the winter storm. Lucky my renters insurance company moved quicky on getting me paid but this bank decided to hold my money for an entire week. Sign in the window says 2 days. They couldn't even give me a real reason for doing this to me and what am I left to do? Just take it? They said no check history but everyone in Texas went through the freeze, flooding and loss of power, so obviously there are going to be people who have never deposited a check before coming in to deposit them. They only did this because they can. I'm going back to RBFCU another local credit union. I could have deposited the check on the RBFCU app and had my funds available instantly the check was well under $5,000.

I love my bank. I love the folks at my bank. At almost every location, you will find the sweetest, most kind people who will do all they can to ensure your needs are not only met, but met with a smile and conversation. Stephanie in the drive thru has impeccable work ethic and disposition. Doesn’t bat an eye when I pull up a few minutes before closing for a teller’s check. I’ve had other locations say, “no, bye” and shut the blinds in my face (Jollyville).
