Customer service is very poor. Raised a complaint about a defect with a delievered furniture. They sent a very unprofessional technician to review. Upon review, he informed me that they could not fix it. I should deal with the defect. Unbelievable.

This was my first visit to couch potatoes and I cannot say enough how helpful they are, especially Rich. I sat on literally every couch, measured, asked a million questions and he patiently answered every one. Being able to truly customize your couch is such a fun experience and I can’t wait until it’s delivered.

We had an amazing experience working with Richard at the Central Austin location. The product is a bit pricier than the average couch purchase, but we were able to customize our configuration, material, and style. Not to mention, it feels good knowing your money is going towards a LOCAL manufacturer that takes pride in their work and community.
The only thing I would improve is the purchasing process itself (i.e. an itemized receipt, copy of the warranty, etc.), but otherwise, excellent experience with Richard and team! I've only heard great things about investing in a couch from Austin Couch Potatoes!

Great experience working with J.R.! I really liked the selection of fabrics and there were so many choices of sofas. Nice to be able to sit and try out everything. Would recommend to anyone, no matter where you're located, as they have shipping options!

I absolutely love Couch Potatoes! I’ve come a few times over the years and it’s always beyond expectations. The quality of furniture, professional employees and security of a long lasting purchase really pushes this brand well above others.
Richard assisted my boyfriend and I in finding the perfect couch for our new place. He was so nice, extremely helpful and efficient in securing exactly what we needed. We are very excited for our soco modular couch with a custom color that is both comfy/cozy and coordinates with our space.

Recently shopped here for furniture for our new home. Worked with Rich, and he was the best - 10/10, definitely ask for him if you come in. He provided excellent customer service without being pushy. The store has a good selection and love that you can customize pieces based on your fabric preferences AND you don't have to wait months for the custom upholstery like you would from a lot of other stores, and I absolutely #can't because I'm too impatient. Prices are solid for the quality.
