The leasing office staff is super helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable, providing great support during the application process and working to resolve any issues. The maintenance team is very helpful, addressing requests with a smile and in a timely manner, making residents feel at home. The apartments are kept in good condition, though the infrastructure is very old and deteriorated, with management working slowly on renovating facilities like the pool. A significant drawback is a roach problem that residents must accept. The community is peaceful with many families, and many residents report having no issues during their stay.
I believe. That one day this place will be great. I know the next owner of this apartment complex will show it some love.

Carlos and the entire front office staff have always been friendly, professional and courteous. Any time I have had an issue, the office staff has been extremely timely in resoling my minor issues.
