“Cortland River Place is my second apartment in Austin, and all I can ask myself is why I didn't know of this place sooner?! The exterior is so beautiful and spacious, I love the archways inside. I think Tyler deserves a lot of credit. He is awesome and on top of it. He is full of knowledge, and answers all my questions without any hesitation or confusion. He made my moving process so incredibly easy, that I was questioning myself "no way it was that simple???" Lol.I was told the parking lots are going to be redone soon, which will make the exterior complex much more beautiful.The amenities here are lovely, including a pool that overlooks the hill country. And a playscape for the kiddos (hugeee win). If you are considering making Cortland River Place your new home, I would highly recommend. :)”

Between managing the complex and organizing events, you always know what is going on in your community. Danielle greeted me by name, followed up on previous family/work life convos, and upheld such a safe and clean standard of living at Cortland Onion Creek. She was knowledgeable, informative, and very transparent. The property is beautiful and is surrounded by amazing views. This was absolutely one of my favorite properties that I have visited in the area.”

“I've been living at the Clark for about 2 years now. The community is awesome and I love meeting my fellow residents! Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity of having Alex as my maintenance professional until now. I have had trouble with my water pressure and water heater for a couple of months now. I have put in many maintenance requests and nobody had ever fixed it. Alex came this morning and fixed everything within 30 minutes! He was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Thank you Alex!!!”

“UPDATED REVIEW: If any issues do occur, Sydney with management is the go-to for swift resolution. She made it clear that addressing our concerns was her top priority and was genuine about helping us come to a conclusion and move forward.We will be resigning another 13 month lease and really enjoy the area, the views & amenities. This is a great complex for young adults and families - everyone is very friendly and there are always people out walking. Bee Cave and Lake Travis police frequently patrol the area so we feel safe and do not deal with crime like other areas of Austin, which is very important to us. We are surrounded by cool restaurants and shopping and rarely ever feel the need to go into Austin, which we were surprised by.I recommend Cielo Apartments!”

Within an hour I received an invite by email to view a 1 bdrm. Then a reminder email 2 hrs before my appt. I waited less than 2 mins before Iris escorted me to view the apt. While I checked out the fresh paint, perfect chalking, super-clean appliances and cabinets, Iris made me feel SO WELCOME while she COMPLETELY explained the application process. “I lived here for a year 2017-2018, and was actually sad when I left. I’ve recently moved back in and it’s even better. The property itself is beautiful, endless trees, a creek, walking trails, off leash dog park. I loved my previous apartment and love my new one even more as smart features have been added - A/C, lights, etc. I also really appreciate the effort the office team puts in to make their residents feel at home. When we moved in, we had a welcome basket that included so many basic things you might need during a move, and even a toy for each of our dogs. They also host events for holidays and special occasions, where they offer little goodies to the residents. It’s all just very thoughtful. I can’t say enough great things about MAA Park Mesa, it’s the best!”
