Not really sure why when their machine messes up, I have to go outside and get the machine number myself and call a number. This is beyond frustrating and unprofessional.

Really rude. Audibly sighed in frustration when I walked in. Refused to offer options for my issue. Very dismissive and unkind. Honestly considering choosing my accounts here after this experience. Abhorrent attitude, especially from the manager.

They are very discriminated against, the truth is that they don't want to help you, you attract what they ask of you and they ask you for more things that are not relevant, they are not gods and the truth is that people deserve respect and not to be mistreated.

I waited in line 20 minutes and the teller gave me the run around when i asked for change. Asked me to step to the side and another lady would be helping me. I am still waiting as I need money for my tills at our business. I will be my business elsewhere moving forward. Very disappointing.

Such a bad experience in this location, been a client since 2011 and the awful customer service they provide in this location, was definitely the worse.
I waited in line for 25 mins and the banker told me that he was waiting for his appointment. That I had to wait 30-40 mins more to change just my name in the account.
Thank you but no, not waiting for an hour for your service.

Doesn’t matter what time of day you arrive, there is always a very long line (even for the ATM) and always only one teller. Constantly a doctor’s office experience.

Hi, Bank of America.
I was told that you authorized a stolen check that belonged to Mary Uwamahoro. Please don't let anybody deposit/cash out a check that does not belong to them. Because you are enabling scams. Before cashing out a check, make sure that that person has an ID that matches the name on the check, and if they don't, the owner of the check should be present to give approval. If you have done that my money would have not been stolen. I hope you change your policies, do that with a careful consideration, or someone sues you and win so you can encouraged to do the right thing to protect peoples money as you should.

I rarely leave reviews for banks, but the service at this branch has been incredibly frustrating. A couple of months ago, I was told by a teller that deposit slips were no longer required. However, today when I attempted to make a deposit, I was informed that a deposit slip was necessary. When I explained that I was previously told it wasn't required, the teller insisted they always need one.
I mentioned that I wasn't trying to argue, just stating what I was told on my last visit. Later, my teller mentioned that the system had reverted to requiring deposit slips. This would have been understandable, but another teller who was standing nearby continued to insist they always needed a deposit slip.
When I brought this up with the original teller, she confirmed that the policy had indeed changed back. However, the other teller then changed her story and claimed the same. This lack of communication and accountability is not acceptable. If the policy changes, customers should be notified clearly instead of being blamed.
I was just trying to make a deposit, not feel like a suspect being interrogated. The service here needs significant improvement.
