This place it is the worst place in central Texas. They always put an excuse to no help customers. I had bad experiences with bank of america. No recommend it at all.

I switched to Bank of America about 20 years ago. I wanted to try Online Bill Pay. My bank at the time only offered it if you had a minimum balance. BofA offered it if you did one direct deposit a month.
I've never regretted the change. BofA has a ton of branches all over the place (although I rarely go to them). Their app and website are marvelous too, the best of several that I use.
I made a mistake and accidentally paid the wrong credit card last month. Rather than wait on the phone for a long time (all the major banks don't have enough people answering phones these days), I made an appointment to meet with a banker at my local branch.
This terrific young man, Angel Rivera, helped me. He too had to wait on the phone for a bit but got me the right person and I was helped quickly once we got through to that person.
Angel was nice, friendly and professional. He knew what he was doing and obviously wanted to help.
I'm not a huge fan of any of the major banks, but they're all a necessary evil in today's world. Bank of America has been really good to me though. On the few times I've had to go into the bank (for large transfers or a Notary) they've been great. And their website and mobile app are the best I've used.

Worst service I’ve ever had in any bank! Completely unorganized the lady at the front doesn’t know what she’s doing, there never anyone at the counter it’s a disaster!

The service is very bad, you wait your time and more people arrive and they never finish serving anyone because they leave them half full.

Just went today to get a cashier's check. The lady behind the counter was so nice and accommodating (enough so that I feel compelled to write a good review)! Overall a very pleasant experience. I have been using BoA for a very long time and they have always been great about their customer service and accessibility.

The banker I talked to was supper dismissive and rude. Don't think anyone from this bank will read this or care but I am taking my business to the competition.

Long waits every time, 3 to 4 people working on loans and other services but only one to hand teller and any business that you may have once you have an account
