The banker I talked to was supper dismissive and rude. Don't think anyone from this bank will read this or care but I am taking my business to the competition.

Went here two times waited 3x the time they said it would be and had to leave before getting helped both times… didn’t have any issues with the exact same request at RBFCU down the road… so frustrating.

The absolute worst bank in the country. Locked the door in my face because I arrived at 4:00 on the dot. I had $200,000 I had to deposit TODAY. Since when did they start closing at 4 o’clock? I can’t wait to switch banks, which we’re in the process of doing.

Other than the teller, who is very nice, I would give this institution in general and this location in particular zero stars if I could. I've banked with them for almost 3 decades, and it just keeps sliding further and further down the toilet. Going in here is routinely almost as one might imagine going into a banking institution in an undeveloped country. Almost always there are three or so "bankers" walking around and one teller doing all the work. Today I had to visit two other financial institutions, one similarly large and one regional, and both of them were simple, easy, professional experiences next to this. The only reason I keep a bank account here is because I've had one here for so long, and that counts for something in financial terms. Enter at your own risk.

SEVERELY understaffed. I wish that even expressed adequately the situation at this location. 1 teller for a line of 6-12 people. The managers walk around with tablets doing nothing. Their phones go unanswered which is irritating when you just want to know if there’s a notary available or not. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

Long waits every time, 3 to 4 people working on loans and other services but only one to hand teller and any business that you may have once you have an account

The worst banking experience I have ever experienced. Unfortunately, this matches my experience at other locations. Will never use BOA again. Ever. Lies from tellers and customer service and people don't want to help you do what you need to do.Run to literally any other bank.

Always one cashier??? Long lines and wait. Please take care of your customers. Lines would be even longer if it was not for all the people getting sick of waiting and leaving.
