“I specifically entered O’Riley to request the help of a manager. (thinking he would have the experience and knowledge to assist me)
I was kindly greeted by a young man Jose as soon as I entered the store, so I asked him to come out so I can show him what I needed to repair; some paint and scratches on my truck that someone was nice enough to leave me.
Jose observed closely at the damage and described the remedy. He directed me into store and he knew exactly where each product was located, he was familiar with the inventory, knowledge of the use of each product.
Today it’s not often we find young individuals that are poised, respectful and confident. (most often the opposite)
Jose is one of those few young men that are far and few between. Jose had respect, great mannerisms, candor, and most of all knowledgeable. These are the employees O’Riley needs to train and promote into management opportunities.

“I never knew batteries plus did phone repairs. Mine was a mess. Broken screen and it started to flash on the bottom half. They basically rebuilt it and had it ready in an hour. I was surprised. So from the time I dropped it off, I was back getting it in 1 hour I should say. Looks brand new and works flawless. Saved me feom buying a new phone which would have been double. Anyway, the guys there were all super friendly and extremely helpful and upbeat. I have had watch batteries replaced there in the past and their prices were very low. They have every battery there you can imagine. It is my go to spot now.”

“Went to store over noon hour and very nice young lady sold me a replacement front right low beam headlight bulb for my 2015 BMW 328i, and installed it for me at no charge even though access was not easy. Very pleased with service.”
“We were visiting from out of town and my son’s older iPhone dropped. The phone was greenlining. Anthony helped us diagnose a damaged iPhone. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting to find exactly what was wrong with it. The issue was not just a cracked screen, but also the camera assembly, but he got it mostly functioning, so my son could use until he finds a new one. Much appreciated!”
“Excellent customer service, called to see if they had a part I needed since online wasn't generating anything. The individual who answered was very helpful and knowledgeable pulled the part I needed and held it for me while I sent someone to grab it! It's all about attitude and talking to the person on the other side of the counter/phone line and remembering they are human as well. Defiantly don't get that kind of help from the competitor store IFYKYK”
“Basic auto parts store experience. The staff barely cared I was there. But knew what size windshield wipers I needed, so that’s something. I feel like I would give 5 stars if I would’ve stolen something while I was there. But I didn’t think about it until I left. Maybe next time.”

“Today I had problems with the electrical system of a rental car at the Waffle House right next door to this O’Reilly location, which was a lucky place to run into an issue. Ernesto took the time to come out and take a look at the vehicle and found the issue - the rental company had left some screws loose in the vehicle that prevented it from having a consistent electrical contact. He was very friendly and fixed it up and got me back on my way. Very grateful he was able to keep me on the road during a vacation!”

“I’ve been here twice now and both times, the customer service is ridiculous!! (In a good way)
All the guys are soooooo nice, they ultra fast, and always take a high level of initiative (when it comes to opening doors for me, picking things up so I don’t have to, giving up their seat for me in front of their fan).
Seriously, I’m always shocked at how a random tire shop on a corner treats customers better than a bougie restaurant.”
