My favorite bank experience ever (and I’m almost 83!). Super pleasant and helpful staff indoors and drive-thru, they often greet me at the door and always remember my name. The wait is long especially with just one person working and the other just counting cash. Would have preferred to be helped promptly instead of waiting for 2 others ahead of me with only 1 teller working.
