The atm is out of commision and there is only one thats accessible on the weekends. I know PNC policy says each store should have 2 but this one does not which tells me this branch doesnt care about upholding PNC standards

I have no issues with the service or staff, but I pay $7 a month for a checking account and an ATM machine that only works half the time. Tried to withdraw cash today before work i.e. before the bank was open and no joy. Luckily, I have a UFCU account as well and so was able to just drive down the street and use their 99% always working ATMs. When PNC ARE open, you have to call a teller to request a deposit/withdrawal slip?? Make it make sense, because surely they can save up my $7 a month to build a box to put the slips into. So annoying.
Edit: dropping it down a star because their supposed customer service solution was offering to go over an alternative type of bank account with me when that is NOT the problem. My problem is that 1) the ATM never #($&(@ works and 2) going through the drive thru when the ATM isn't working takes extra time because I have to call for a slip. It should not be this difficult to use an ATM and get money or to understand my issue.

Jack is the only reason I would bank at PNC. My father who was a long time PNC customer passed away. He had 2 Trust Accounts. PNC has no record of the documents. They said they only keep documents for 5 years. We were told by the manager we may never see that money. However, I was also told that I have to pay off his PNC credit cards in full. How can I when I can’t access the money???? Does PNC keep his money??? The lack of concern for a grieving customer is criminal. Basically I was told they wouldn’t help us any further and to get an attorney. PNC says banking should be boring. This process has been anything but boring!!! So have your loved ones save all documents if you ever want to see your money because PNC doesn’t care. Paste here you don’t have to

I came in 30 minutes before closing and they turned me away and said they couldn’t help me close my account and were extremely rude. I went to the location off Cameron right right after and they were so sweet and willing to help me. This location is awful with awful employees.

I recently became a customer of PNC Bank because their high yield savings had the highest interest rate (4.0%) of any local bank or credit union. I'm confident I am not the only one who has taken advantage of their great rate recently. But people so rarely document their good experiences it seems. And god forbid someone should ever have to wait a few minutes... I like this branch because it is close. And when I am done it is right across from Lowes so if I need something for the house I am right there.

I just wrapped up with Laura Hernandez at the Shoal Creek branch in Austin texas and she was fantastic and very charming. She made me feel like I made the right choice to move my money from bank of America to PNC savings account where I get 4% apy. She also helped me open a credit card where I get a better return than my Citi card. Very good experience.
