Called in first to get fitted for a bra & they said yes a certified bra fitter is on staff the day I went but when I got there from 6' away she said 'the one you have on is fine' and refused to find other options etc. she seemed eager to get back to scrolling through her phone. won't go back, what a joke

Gene in the mens department is AWESOME!He had me in my new suit in 15 minutes with matching shirt & tie looking like a million bucks! I hate to shop and he made it easy.Suit will be altered in a week. He even threw in a pocket square! Ty Gene !

I love Dillard’s, always have they have incredible sales at times. My only gripe is that they don’t always have my size and they have stuff online that is not available in store which can be frustrating
