“Excellent running store with friendly and helpful staff. Their selection of running clothes is almost as impressive as their variety of shoes. Everything is carefully chosen, so it's a more curated selection than you'll find at most sports stores. If you replace your old shoes, you can put them in a container to donate to the homeless. Between touches like that and the customer service it is a very caring place.
They have a large free parking lot shared with adjacent businesses.”
“I went to Allen's boots with my family in April 2026. I have never experienced such a high quality of customer service in my 49 years on Earth. I wish I could remember the fellow's name but I'm sure anybody who works there will know who I'm talking about when I say he had dark hair and he was just going hard serving us and another customer I'm sure. He went to the back so many times for my son. He gave my son such great advice on boots and which one to pick. He spent at least a half an hour with us. At the till, he gave my son a great deal. If you're ever looking for boots in Austin, you must go to Allen's boots! Thank you all so much for your amazing customer service.

“What a cool shop! I did not catch his name but there was a younger African American gentleman that was sooo sweet and just personable. The vibes and music are immaculate. Fur coat selection out of this world. The way everything is decorated and organized makes it so easy to shop. Had such a fun time shopping in there and chatting up with other friendly shoppers. HIGHLY recommend this as a stop if you’re doing a thrift shopping day. There are also other thrift stores next door too so it’s a great location.”
“Julissa was amazing today with great selections that my step daughter thought she loved and was sold on .....UNTIL....Julissa flipped the entire line up to a another radical extreme direction that blew us all away!! It was all her wn knowledge and intuition. This new dress although radically different and unexpected turned out to be the very perfect dress and so unique !! What great insight to what was possible. We would have never dreamed to try out this dress. Thanks so much Julissa. Wren left so happy for the visit and for Julissa's expert advise and selections. “tye & fran — the kinda people that make you feel hot, happy, and walk outta the store upset that you didn’t spend more! i walked in, smiles immediately and suggestions which were on point and subtle but helpful without pushing anything. suggested to look for sizes, found alternatives when there weren’t any, basically a 10/10. i always love going somewhere where im not being sold to, but also given great recommendations in what actually looks good on me. leaving the store happy so much i actually asked “where do i put in a good word for you both” ?”
“Great selection of boots but it can get crowded. The employees tried their best to get the boots in sizes we needed but were often juggling multiple customers which resulted in periods of waiting. Still the service otherwise is good and we've purchased several pairs here.”

They have an amazing collection of t-shirts, swimsuits, shoes, and workout clothes. If you are in need of a cool gift place, this is also an amazing spot to check out! Austin must-do”
