It had completely failed in numerous ways on an international trip making travels extra difficult but over the 12 to 15 years of its travels , it was due. It was an expensive bag back then but I trusted the brands warranty and quality. Leah greeted me so kindly and said ‘let’s go see what we have on hand in the store and if you don’t like what we have I’ll order a color you do like’. WOW I was shocked. A lifetime warranty that still actually means something. I really didn’t care about the color and chose the ones she had in her hand. The entire process could not have been more gracious. I will remain very loyal to Patagonia as my outfitter. Leah P gave me outstanding Customer service.”

At the front, Brandon rang me up and carefully folded my items while chatting with friendly conversation the entire time. I did not know this was the only Tyler that has Items on sale.
