The staff was great to work with. Winnie loved her visits. I do think they could send more videos/pictures but we have anxiety about leaving our dog anywhere without us. They do send photos etc.I had to cancel a 9 day holiday booking 1 week before the stay. Despite my last minute cancellation they worked with me to refund...
