Excellent customer service. I walked in without an appointment and I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and experience of Elizabeth Knowlton and Alex. Elizabeth was able to find the appropriate DME for us and to explain very well how to use it.Deserved 6 stars but I can only give her 5.

Elizabeth Knowlton is the best! So helpful. She made sure I got just what I needed for my mom’s lift chair. The golden. I credited her totally with the sale.
