About Best Western Plus Austin Airport Inn & Suites
Best Western Plus Austin Airport Inn & Suites offers a convenient location close to the airport, with affordable rates and easy access to airport parking for only $10 per day. The hotel features clean and well-maintained rooms that are comfortable for short stays, although some may find the beds and lighting to be average. The hotel appears to be undergoing renovations, which may improve conditions over time. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, especially Tommie, whose excellent service and kindness stand out. He was praised for upgrading rooms for free and providing exceptional care, making guests feel welcomed and cared for. The breakfast options are limited, and the rooms have thin walls, which might affect privacy. Overall, the hotel provides decent value, especially for travelers seeking a budget-friendly stay with good service and a convenient location.
I was in town for work. The team was more than accommodating. Everyone as so kind. Breakfast as excellent, rooms were clean and very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here on my next trip

We stayed at this hotel in January during the winter storm and were treated very well by the staff. We came back to this hotel this last week because of our experience in January and the staff are the same. Highly recommend staying here.

The whole place was clean, the beds were comfortable, fresh paint, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was actually worth getting up for (big plus there). I appreciate a well taken care of hotel.
