“My bike was being repaired at my local bike shop so I looked into a weekend rental to get out and around the Austin area. I rented an e-bike and my experience could not have been better. The bike I reserved was having a technical glitch and instead of throwing their hands up and saying “sorry” both Alex and Isaiah swooped in and found me a bike to ride and literally made this one of the most enjoyable weekends of the year. “I found this shop looking for a dealer of e-bikes from the Netherlands and had a great experience. They carry a range of high quality bikes, some made in the Netherlands, some designed in Finland, made in Taiwan. The owners are present in store and are very knowledgable about e-bikes and helped me navigate bike customization (kid’s seat that was’t available in the U.S., etc.) and parts sourcing. Also, the owners never made me feel rushed; when I was picking my bike up, they took the time to run through all of my questions and oriented me to my first e-bike. I’ve ridden bikes my entire life and worked in a bike shop before as a mechanic; so, I had plenty of questions for them to bring me up to speed on the new e-bike regarding basic repairs.”
