The service advisor took time to explain the upgrades I was requesting, as well as the cost and time it would take. The service was completed on time and did not exceed the estimate. When I picked up my bike, the sales clerk also helped me to install my cleats at no extra charge.

Went to the Research location bc it’s around the corner from my office. I only needed a helmet and Dino was able to help me find a perfect match. My fav color, super safe design, and a price I couldn’t find anywhere else. Will be back for any bicycle needs.

Bicycle Sport Shop has the best service /repair department as well as sales. We wouldn't want to take our bikes or purchase them anywhere else. Staff, especially service, is always very knowledgeable and helpful!
