Last time I went to that store one of the girls was breastfeeding her baby in front of the customers. I tried explaining to her my issue with my phone and ignored me. She paid more attention to the child than me and said she could not help me. Was she getting paid for her child or helping customers? That was too unprofessional.

The weekday attendant is racist and hates black people. She took $55 from me and said my phone would be turned on in 5 minutes. I went back in 30 minutes, and she still had my bank card, and then switched her story and said my account couldn't be turned on unless I paid her another $55 plus an activation fee of $35. Meanwhile, a Latin mom and daughter were staring and pointing at me. I told the attendant to take care of me after she took care of the lady, and she refused. So the attendant was speaking to me, the would switch and suddenly start speaking Spanish to this lady beside me who is staring at me and pointing with her daughter. She then had the police called and had me trespassed. I still don't have service.

The only thing I feel would be a problem is parking. Great service with no more than two to three people. Took around a hour to make payment which included new phone purchase.

Worse boost mobile experience in my life with very poor customer service and lack of courtesy. This place should be shut down! There is no point to open a store to be that disrespectful to customers.

They do not allow me to give 0 stars. I wish I could give 10 negative stars. The treatment my aunt and I received at this store was so horrible. My aunt was in tears after the experience. We wanted to swap out the phone she bought on Friday and pay more for an iPhone. They told us that was not possible. I find out now we were provided inaccurate information. Avoid this store

The ladies are so helpful and friendly here! I loved the customer service they provided to me. They really went above and beyond to help me with all my cell phone questions! Definitely coming back to this location!!
