They gave my friend the run around about exchanging his defective phone he got from them less than a week ago & had us go to 3 different locations within a mile of each other. DUMB.

The only thing I feel would be a problem is parking. Great service with no more than two to three people. Took around a hour to make payment which included new phone purchase.
